I saw that last week. It was pretty good. Not your average teen flick. - SecretMagic wrote:

I like how it flashes back to the past. I'm more interested in the past than I'm in the present. Weird love triangle though.

I just thought the beginning was a little repetitive, but once Nastasya got to River's Edge it got a lot more interesting. Can't wait for the next one...shame we have to wait until September though *sigh*

Do you know what its going to be called?

Do you know what its going to be called? I know, I thought Incy & Boz were going to show up at the end, but I guess that's next book. As far as I know there's two temporary titles for book two: Darkness Falls or Everlasting Dark ... the first I found on Cate's twitter account, but she said it was a temp title. The second came from Wikipedia, but I think I read it somewhere on her website too. So I can't be sure which it is.

Never liked the series. It's ridiculous and childish. I'm finally reading LS! I found it in the bookstore, but it has a weird cover. It's all red and it has a big heart, like it's made with ribons, flowers and skulls... I don't know, it's pretty weird and I've never seen it before. It must be something like a special edition, since there are al the books with a similar cover (the first with roses, frostbite with a snowflake, shadow kissed with lips, blood promise with candles and spiritbound with a key...) Have you seen it before?? Anyway, I'm about in the middle of the book, and it's great!!

It's by far not my fav series but I think it's an okay read for when your in between books. Plus I'm someone who has to finish a series. Idk why but unless I absolutely hate it, I have to finish it. And Christy it does sound like you got the new UK edition. They've recently released those new covers for the UK only. I'm halway through Scandal. I had to put it down for a few days cause I was too busy. But I plan on finishing it today after I get all my cleaning done.

| A lot of Meg Cabot books, it's freezing outside here in Germany so some romance can help.
Two days ago I finished Immortal Beloved.. Is a good story and will get better in the next book, but if anyone is planning in reading it I recommend to wait till the second one is out, this first one is slow and ends when the story gets better.

I read Wicca(Sweep) by Cate Tienan so I knew Immortal Beloved was going to be good. I agree the first one a pretty slow but the cliffhanger ending has me looking forward to #2. - Wilda85 wrote:

Damen's dialogue in Shadowland in boring me. I just reserved Matched at the library. Tell me what you think of it.

I nearly forgot about Immortal Beloved! I wrote it down on my book list awhile ago but i haven't looked at my list in ages. I so want to read it because i was a HUGE fan of the Sweep series. I actually tried talking the hubby into buying me the whole series Sweep over for Christmas and he was on the verge of cracking but i got kind of mad because it was so frustrating tracking down the original covers- i just don't like the newer covers. But i have half of the original books i have the 3rd book and the 8th to the final novel. I've been dying to re-read the whole series though. Oh, i'm rambling now. But the point is, i want to read Immortal beloved- i think i would love it without even knowing much about it simple because of the author. lol.
