You have two perfectly NICE guys (because I will always maintain my opinion that Erik IS truly a good guy and that Zoey just overreacted, and the Cast duo just didn't want to make her seem slutty by liking Stark, Heath, Erik, and Kalona) chasing after you and you just decide to throw them away for some "hot" teacher because he made sexy eyes at you? Really? Is that how teenage girls are portrayed now?

And Stark... Stark, when I first met you, I completely and utterly adored you. But then Zoey went around calling you her soulmate after ONE conversation, and you went with it, and you became her warrior after like, two days. That turned me off. Would you really give someone your heart and soul after a couple of talks that weren't all that deep? No. Just. No.

Kalona, you asshole. You ruined a perfectly good series. You know when the series "fell" dear fallen angel? When you showed your damn face. I'm just waiting for you to die, so maybe the series can heal a bit of damage.
Some people might think I'm overreacting about this, but I don't care. This is how I feel about the series *shrugs*

agree... that was a very big spoiler... but just like any series ... not everything is for everybody.. i would just read the series and make up your own opinion about them.. who knows maybe you do like them...

At least if there's still blessings in Vampire Academy, its that not only Rose and Company bring to the table many things in a manner for us to grit out teeth with, but they were proper and actual badasses, in their own right!

Ok, that thing about the spoilers is true. But it's ok for me, I would have looked it up either way! No reason to headdesk!

Try to read Tempted and Burned all the way before judging the whole Stevie Rae and Rephaim romance. When I first read about it, I was grossed out too but not so much now. There are things and reasons behind it but I won't spoil it for you. And even though Rovaiine feels that way about the series now, try to finish it up before deciding if you dislike it. This is one of those series thats 50/50 on the loveit or hate it debate. You should read it yourself before deciding.

you should take wilda's advice and wait to see how they end up together... i though it was reeeeeally Q..

Almost done with tempted... I still think it's pretty gross, but the book is good. Not my favorite, but not bad either... It's interesting!

It is gross but you see a different side to him in Burned.

I hope so! I'm now finishing tempted, so I'll go someday and buy burned!

I'll just take it as the only real badassed thing Redbird's supposed to do would be to get slain by Anita Blake, then.

House of Night is the best vampire series ive every read and i read ALOT. Who says someone like Zoey cant be the heroine? P.S. im 12 and ive read every single book in the series

She isn't a badass, which is one of the real roots of the problems, actually.

I just got around to ordering the latest book Awakened. This series used to be my filler series.. when i'm waiting for my favorites series or got nothing else to read i would read these books. I do like the story i just think the author(s) dont have good writing abilities and ruin it a bit. They write down to their readers. The whole love triangle thing is overplayed and a bit annoying. But i love the whole wiccan vampire thing and some sub plots. I do enjoy reading these books but i dont jump for joy for them. But i will follow the series until the end because i do want to know what happens. I'm going to give the series a quick re-read maybe starting next week. So i can read the latest book Awakened.

Hm... I finished with burned, and I guess it's ok. I'm waiting for awakened, but I don't think I like the books that much. I don't like Zoey. too bored to write hahahaha Christy. Thats funny. I love the series but I agree about the love triangle and Zoey-even though I am one of the few who like her. I think Aphrodite has become my new fav female though. And I absolutely love Stark. I didn't like that Professor dude, And Eric became an ass. I liked Heath but his worship of her bugged the hell out of me. I say she needs to be with Stark and leave it at that. No more going from guy to guy Please.

I started to buy Awakened today. I saw it for $10 at a store but figured I'd wait until I read all the library books I still have. I did however look at the last few lines of the book. Didn't really reveal much but I'll put it in a spoiler in case you don't want to read it
