| yeah, 2010 for the first Infernal Devices book, called The Clockwork Angel
I wasn't sure if the movie thing was official yet. I don't think many movies do their book counterparts justice. But it all depends on the director, cast and script. Until we have any thoughts about those things I wouldn't be able to judge it. I'd love to see the books visually, but at the same time I know it wont be the same as reading them, and will always enjoy the reading part better.

| Exactly. The movies will always have problems, because the actors won't fit everyone's images of characters, or it'll leave out favourite scenes. But that's not to say it wont be enjoyable in its own way. | |

| You know I think that will be the case with any book they make into a movie. It will never have all that the book does, and there will always be one person who thinks : WHAT that is not what that person should look like. I really liked this series, I finished all three books in 4 days. I loved the story, and all the adventure. There was something in it for everyone..no matter what you prefer. I am totally into the whole..super natural romance books. I started with (ok don't boo me) Twilight. I read that series the first time in 4 days. I loved it, but now that I have read so many others I totally get why people are annoyed with it. I mean come one VA is way better than Twilight and it doesn't get have the attention Twilight does. Although I am sure it would if it was made into a movie. I for one would love to see it. Anyhow I would totally recomend this series if you haven't read it already. | |

I didn't get into the supernatural/fantasy stuff with Twilight, but it definitely put me in the direction of vampires. And I understand it's not the best series out there, but it's still light and easy for when you just need to lose yourself for a few hours. When you want a thrilling adventure story full of excitement, rush AND love, there are things out there that are better (like. VA and Mortal Instruments etc.)

I am! Have you seen the first "Cookie" for Clockwork Angel? I think it's only posted on the google group, but it's very exciting. I just hope it's released in Australia at the same time as America because we have a tendency to receive the first book in a series about 6 months after their original release date unless the author has a large fan base before the release. Maybe we'll be lucky because The Mortal Instruments series did well over here (We got City of Glass at the same time as the US so *fingers crosses*)

| Yeah I saw it! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Couldn't you always preorder it as well. Just to make sure you get it in time. If not we can work something out we still have a while. | |

| Yeah, I'd definitely have to look into it when it gets closer to release. I don't want to be sitting around waiting while everyone else gets to read it, because that wouldn't be too fun. | |

| That wouldn't be right. I could upload it into word for you and email you the book I have to so you can have it on time. But pre-ordering should work too. | |

| I'm really excited for Infernal Devices too! If it hadn't really been for Twilight, I would have never oppened up to the whole Supernatural Vampire World and more. Since then I've read HON( fans know what this is), Mortal Instruments, VA, Night World and many more! | |
