Succubus Series AKA Georgina's series

I hate that he's got Maddie. I can't stand that b!tch! ARGH! It's not fair that Seth's got this other woman's arms to run to. Anyone Georgie's gone to isn't a real relationship, you know? I don't know how to explain it.

Roman still sorta wants to kill her! I don't think he'll ever forgive Georgie and/or Carter for offing his sister.

I never got the feeling that Georgina loved Dante either, even though she said she did. He seemed kinda serious about her though.

But I just couldn't help really hating all of the guys that were involved with Georgina because... well... they just aren't good enough!! Especially Seth. He really did a number on poor Georgie in Dreams and I just wasn't ready to forgive him (or Maddie either for that matter cause she's an idiot). But by the end of Heat... I was like "eh screw it". Now I think Seth is the only one Georgina will ever be happy with.

Though I still wish she could end up with Carter somehow...

I find it interesting that you don't think any of the men in Georgina's life/existence are good enough. That's wild. Why do you think that? I also wanted to kick Seth in the nads at the end of Dreams. What a douche! But then, well, he in a strange way he makes Georgie happy. They are made for each other. I have read at other discussions a few people who were thinking Georgie and Carter were a good match. I'm not sure how I feel about that. For a start, if he were to love Georgie like that, he would fall. But on the other hand, he seems to really care about her. Like at the end of the first book, Succubus Blues, I was moved to tears when he said there was hope for everyone, especially her.

I think I just about died when she was like "Hay Georgie, guess wat? I sleept wit Seth!!" I was so mad and heartbroken for Georgina. I don't think I'd ever read a book with a relationship that affected me so much until I read Georgina. I literally felt sick just thinking about what Seth did to her. And then the whole time while reading Heat I was like "BUT YOU GAVE UP ON HER!!!" He really had no right to keep butting into Georgina's business and telling her that he cared about her and wanted to stay friends or whatever because he didn't even give her a chance in the last book.

And what was with Seth not feeling any sort of guilt over sleeping with Maddie while still dating Georgina, yet suddenly has this "shadow" over sleeping with Georgina behind Maddie's back? He also didn't have any problems with making Georgina feel like crap for sleeping with other guys even though she actually had to out of necessity. But Georgina was ready to forgive him for cheating on her. What a hypocrite!!

And if you read the Succubus Shadows excerpt at the back of Heat, you'd probably remember the whole ordeal with the wedding magazine and Maddie trying to get Georgina to help her pick a dress. I just about threw up. I hope Seth leaves her at the alter in a dress that makes her look short AND fat.

It also doesn't help that he wants to kill her. Though I'm interested in seeing what will go on between the two in Shadows.

I already know an easy way of fixing this thing with Maddie. Seth and Georgina need to be upfront about the relationship they had before Seth had ever gotten with Maddie. As for the succubus energy stealing issue... well... we'll get to that later.

OMG! I know!!! I wanted to smack Maddie right then and there! BEYOTCH!!! HOW DARE YOU SLEEP WITH SETH!!! And you're totally right about Seth, too...wtf was he thinking? Again, a moment where I wanted to give him the finger and tell him to do the biologically impossible.

I know that Seth is the only one to make her happy. And I have a real feeling in my gut that he's the man in the dream, too. Marrying Maddie is crap. Total crap. I really hope RM doesn't allow it to go through. Or if it even gets to the day of the wedding that someone stands up or some other stuff happens that prevents the marriage from actually happening.

Oh yeah, I considered this course of action too. I was thinking that I would love to see Maddie find Georgina's sexy pictures in Seth's underwear drawer or something and then watch everything fall apart in her little sunny world. She really makes me sick. But sometimes I feel bad because she's just an oblivious idiot and doesn't know any better.

And while reading Heat I was sort of waiting for one of Seth's nieces to be like "Where's Georgina?". And when Maddie saw how good Georgina was with Seth's "difficult" niece (Kayla I think?) I felt satisfaction. She's nothing like Georgina. She might try to model after her and have her boyfriend, but she can NEVER be Georgina.

What do we think of the rings Seth has given both to Georgina and the engagement (*hurl*) ring to Maddie? I know he said that he wanted to give to his future wife a ruby. He even told this much to Maddie. But he gave her a diamond, and before that gave Georgie a Byzantine ring with sapphires. I know there must be symbolism there at least by giving Maddie the 'common' diamond. What do you think that would be? Do you think he's subconsciously telling Maddie that she's common? IMO she's less than common, she's fugly! LOL!

Yeah, I'm sure Seth knows it too. In fact, I'm certain that he does because he gave Maddie a diamond engagement ring. Georgina knows this too. Seth knows that nobody - definitely not MADDIE - could ever live up to what he has with Georgina. Georgina is literally magical. But even when she's human, she's something special.

That the dream is a true prediction of the future...So, what do you think this means for Georgina? As a Succubus, she can't have a baby. But she said that the little girl in her dream was HERS; that she could feel it was her own daughter. And that she was waiting for the girl's daddy. Do we think that maybe Georgina becomes somehow mortal again?

What I think is that Seth (I guess?) is the guy in Georgina's dream and that the dream is the true future like Nyx claimed. I think Niphon hates Georgina so much because he mucked up her contract somehow. What I'm thinking is that Seth is like the reincarnation of her husband and that he's been following her throughout time (like the priest that died during the plague). Or something like that anyway. lol She's always pulled to these really artistic guys, but what if it's actually the same guy? But yeah, I think she'll become mortal again once they realize that her contract had been messed up.

Or maybe becoming mortal again (either for good or for a limited time) can be the one favor Georgina asks of Jerome? I don't know how likely that would be though.

OK...here's a question. In SH, where Georgie is sent to Canada (Whoo! Go Canada!) and she meets Cedric's secretary, was her name Kim? She sets up Kim and Cedric. Kim is so happy that she does a favour for Georgie and looks up her contract. She told G that her contract was standard and it didn't look like there was anything wrong with it. Could it be Kim was lying? I mean, I believe it's possible, given she's an imp, works for Hell, you know...but would she lie to G after G helped her get the guy she had a crush on?

I'm liking the reincarnation idea. That Seth is G's hubby reincarnated. And that priest during the plague was also somehow a reincarnation of G's hubby...pretty cool idea. Priests aren't really known for being artistic, though. But like 9 guys out of 10 that Georgie had a thing for, you're right were artistic.

Do you think that the 'limited time' mortality would mean time enough to marry Seth and bear him a child? Georgie should ask for a century. As the books say, never make a deal with a demon without a time limit! LOL! I don't know how generous Jerome will or can be. He out-ranks Niphon...maybe he can void the contract? But would Jerome do it? Georgie is one of his prized employees. Without her, he's left with Tawny as his succubus. And we all know what a great succubus Tawny is.
