AlyriaIvashkov i agree its wrong to compare books. I try to make my opinion about a book based on its own story and written attributes. Sometimes, for me, reading other books over shadows previous books i have read but that's my opinion. We all have different opinions and what one person loves another will hate- we just need to remember that's okay.

This IS a RM forum. But within this forum , like this thread, we can discuss other topics. I didn't think this thread was bashing or hating SM... just people expressing their view. I apologize if something * i* wrote offended you.

I will agree that that particular series was seriously lacking in all degrees such great potential wasted and yet it gets so much praise that really urges me. But what can you do? Yes Rick could do a better job at writing the battle scenes but then again if Rick wrote twilight Everything would have been written better and the series would have been polished and perfect. Whats done is done though and SM would never allow someone else to show her up in her own series she's kind of a egotistical know it all B****! from what I hear. She can not take constructive criticism.

No i've never read those. But i did read the first p.j.o book i would have to reread that before I could go on with the others but I did like it. Currently I'm reading a different genre taking a break from the fantasy. ad doing the paranormal thing so if you have any suggestions?

One of the worst parts of all...the series managed to mutilate the real meaning of Saga, of all things!

The lack of fellow P.J.O/Vampire Academy fans at school would have been understandable, had the series been better-managed and at least stuck To the meaning of Saga, and not mutilate it's true meaning, which is meant to be a series of Heroic Exploits, not just a few good exploits like fighting Victoria, either.T_T

As much as i respect Pattinson..it feels like Edward was the 1st to get Character-Assassinated, as after the break-up, Edward didn't even make or wage epic war against Victoria's lot!

He does have a big showdown in eclipse.

I know, Angel Princess's namesake, Eclipse was the only remotely decent novel in the series, in which Meyer tried NOT to censor the Climaxes...Vampire Academy has better climaxes than twilight, overall, and even then it's mostly nothing in comparison to the Climaxes of either the Potter-World or the better Percy Jackson And The Olympians novels, for the most part!
