| You'd probably be able to find most of them in a library, and if you can't you might be able to request them through the library. | |

| They should ahve most of what is listed unless it's a new book. Sometimes the new ones take longer to get. | |

| Finished Morganville #9 last night. I'm all up-to-date now...can't wait for may when #10 comes out About to start, 'Halfway to the grave' by Jeaniene Frost. Heard it's really good, but unfortunately I have to read it on my computer because the stupid ebook won't register on my ereader. I think it's because there were 2 versions I could buy off the site (both epubs) but one was cheaper than the other, so I went for it instead...I'll go for the slightly more expensive one next time. | |

| Haven is another book I highly recommend. It's a refreshing story about a group of students all whom have supernatural powers or abilities not just the main guys/girl like most books are. Not to mention theres a lot more to it than just the romance. Definitely one of my fav reads so far. I know I keep saying that, but this year there have been some really amazing books released and mroe to come.
Gonna go back to Firelight now.

| Started 'Just Listen' by Sarah Dessen last night and finished it about 20 minutes ago. Ash and I were having a discussion yesterday about how good Sarah Dessen novels are and this one didn't fail to live up to expectations. I was hooked instantly and I'm really sad I don't have another to start. There's one other Dessen novel I can get via Australian ebookstores, but the rest I'll have to order in physical book form. I felt sort of bad, because I was reading Halfway to the Grave, by Jeaniene Frost at the same time, but like I mentioned somewhere on here recently, I can only read it on my computer at the moment, so it's not something I can just pick up late at night. But 'Just Listen' was something I could quickly grab and I'm so glad I did. It's still early here, so I'm going to get back to Halfway to the Grave and try and find something else to read tonight later...might buy the last Dessen book and read it too | |

| I just ordered a ton of books. I got maybe 10 books for 50 something bucks. Ya'll should check out Amazon, bargain books. Also, do a little tedious searching, cause the normal prices pop up first but sometimes when u click other formats the special bargain price comes up. I bought a few omnibus ( 2 in 1 or 3 in 1 anthologies) and a few new series. I also shopped Barnes and noble bargain books. I got several books all 3 something almost four buck each. Both sites if u spend 25 bucks you get free shipping. So that's what i did.
I got :
The Fallen 1 and The Fallen 2 by Thomas E Sniegoski ( each volume is 2 in 1 books) Ghost Hunters 1 and 2 by Marley Gibson Thirst 1 and 2 Christopher Pike books ( each volume is 3 in 1 books) Immortal Beloved by Cate Tiernan Balefire omnibus ( all 4 books of the series) by Cate Tiernan Remember me omnibus ( 3 books in 1) Christopher Pike Seeker ( Noble Warrior Series book 1) by William Nicholson Daughters of the Moon omnibus ( books 1-3) by Lynne Ewing ( I jumped up and down at this one) Cancer on Five Dollars a Day* *(chemo not included): How Humor Got Me through the Toughest Journey of My Life by Robert Schimmel
I also got some free Kindle books, Wings with bonus material and some novels i forget what they are and im too lazy to get my kindle out. I've been busy shopping I hope to get to reading all these LOL

| Tasha, that's a pretty impressive book list. I wish I could get the same deals on amazon, we can't get the free shipping; shipping costs so much to get stuff sent over here, it's ridiculous. | |

| Morganville vampire finally showed up in NZ. I walked into a bookstore today and there was a huge display. Reserved glasshouses ages ago at the library so I'll wait a little while for it.
Brought Nightshade the other day. It was 80% off! Is it good?
Kim - book depository does free shipping.

| It's odd that Morganville only just arrived there. I thought Australia and NZ got things at similar times. I liked Nightshade. The end wasn't the best, but I adored one of the guys and can't wait for the sequel. Nice that you got it so cheap I know. I've just started ordering off Book depository. I'm glad they ship free...especially with all the bookstore drama these days, it's good having somewhere to go to get all the obscure books. | |

| Finished 'Halfway to the Grave' a few minutes ago. Omg, really good book. Thank goodness my friend let me borrow her copy of bk 2, because I think I'd die not knowing what happens next while I wait for my copies to arrive in the mail. so on that not, starting 'One foot in the grave' | |

I wouldn't say I'm a fan really since I only kinda liked it. I have Beautiful Darkness but haven't yet read it. I think Beautiful Chaos comes out later this year... If you've read book 2, would you say it's better than book 1?

| So I've been reading Vespertine by Saundra Mitchell. I gotta say, I really like it so far. Synopsis: The summer of 1889 is the one between childhood and womanhood for Amelia van den Broek-and thankfully, she’s not spending it at home in rural Maine. She’s been sent to Baltimore to stay with her stylish cousin, Zora, who will show her all the pleasures of city life and help her find a suitable man to marry. Archery in the park, dazzling balls and hints of forbidden romance-Victorian Baltimore is more exciting than Amelia imagined. But her gaiety is interrupted by disturbing, dreamlike visions she has only at sunset-visions that offer glimpses of the future. Soon, friends and strangers alike call on Amelia to hear her prophecies. Newly dubbed “Maine’s Own Mystic”, Amelia is suddenly quite in demand. However, her attraction to Nathaniel, an artist who is decidedly outside of Zora’s circle, threatens the new life Amelia is building in Baltimore. This enigmatic young man is keeping secrets of his own- still, Amelia finds herself irrepressibly drawn to him. And while she has no trouble seeing the futures of others, she cannot predict whether Nathaniel will remain in hers. When one of her darkest visions comes to pass, Amelia’s world is thrown into chaos. And those around her begin to wonder if she’s not the seer of dark portents, but the cause. I've just gotten to her first bad vision. I'm really wondering how it's going to turn out, and also what other bad visions are to come. Nathaniel's pretty cute too. Totally swoon worthy. I think now he and Amelia are trying to see each other, but they really shouldn't since he's not within their status. He's basically a lowly artist type. Which only makes it hotter of course. lol | |

If you've read book 2, would you say it's better than book 1? Yes, I do think BD is better than BC. It's not my fav series, but I enjoy it. I've been hearing great reviews for Vespertine and a lot of reccomendations for it. One day I'll get around to reading it.
