Kim, so sorry you were all panicky and stressing over your assignment. Hope it all turned out okay! And that sounds like tons of fun. I bet it was even more fun after all the stressing.

I"m soooo bouncy and hype today. I'm in a real chatty mood. I'm so happy for my fiance and excited that today is the last day of radiation treatment..but, he is in a poopie mood. He's not real excited or happy. He's actually kind of grumpy. He said he is very happy for the last day but that he is just in one of those whatever moods. I say whatever to that mood. He is just sitting here watching something on netflix with his headphones on waiting for his treatment. I will be happy and hype all by myself if i have too.

Kim- Sorry you were stressing and all but it sounds like the Rachel Caine event was awesome. I haven't met any author's yet. They don't seem to want to come to central Fl for signings although a bunch have been here for conferences.

Tasha - Sorry I'm late to this but wooooohoooo! I'm so happy for you both, but lol at your 'saying whatever to his whatever mood'. Ah, this is so great, congratulations I hope he was more YAY towards the end of the day?

Kim - I love the Morganville series! You are SOOOO lucky! I haven't read book 10 yet, I've started but haven't finished And thats great that you get recognised?! Hopefully you'll soon be invited to loads of author events

Wilda - Yaah, I just never know when these signings are or where, I don't look them up I'm suprised though that authors don't go to Disney? It's quite busy there is it not?

Tasha: I'm sure you can be excited enough for the both of you. I'm doing a lot better now. Had a really lazy day, so that's always good after stressing.

Wilda: I hope authors start to come out your way, it's pretty fun when they do. (not that I have a heap of experience meeting them either, but the 3 I've been to have been really nice). I'm going to try and meet Cassandra Clare in 2 weeks. She'll be in Sydney, so *fingers crossed* her events aren't too busy.

Chloe: Isn't Morganville so much fun? I think it's an awesome series, real easy to lose yourself in it. I really enjoyed book 10, hope you do too. I think I have one of those faces. I had so many people come up to me at uni saying things like "I think I saw you in (insert class title)" or "I remember you from ___" or "Yeah, you look really familiar", when I had no clue who the hell they were. But, at least with Felicity there was a reason to remember me, since we were book clubbing with each other for months and we'd met at a function once before. But it was still cool!

The big finale was a little hindered cause the fiancee was feeling sick. He had head pains. But it wasn't too bad. So he had his last treatment and after treatment the radiation departments holds a little ceremony, they have whoever is finishing treatment ring the gong. So i took a video of him ringing the gong, all like 5 seconds lol. ANd i made him post for a picture so i got a picture too. I'll upload the picture when i get a chance maybe later or tomorrow. When we got home, he just kept saying " i'm free". SO i went and bought him popeyes. He ate. i gave him meds for his pains. ANd he slept for a few hours. Then he went out with my brother to the movies to celebrate. Today we are having some friends over to celebrate. So, as he is feeling better he's becoming more and more excited.

My dad and my brother are going to the racetrack today, to watch the Kentucky derby. tomorrow we having a bbq to celebrate mothers day.

Kim - Yes, it really is! I hope I do also! And haha! Yeaah, must be one of those faces What do you reply? After a while I would probably just start saying 'oh yeaah' Hehe And well its a good thing to get recognised right?

I had such a good yesterday and it gets to continue today, we are having a bbq. I reckon my brother is going to have a hangover today...lol He was a little on the social side yesterday and he is a hermit so it was good to see, even if it was cause he was tipsy. My dad just came home with an "edible arrangement " for my mother. I'm far to cheap to ever buy one and my mother was mad he bought one cause she knows how much they cost. But they are so pretty. Im scared to even taste it lol. If u dont know what they are this is the site

I'd love to do something like that for my mom, but she can't eat fresh fruit (anything even remotely citrusy will cause her to have an allergic reaction) and she doesn't like chocolate. Blah it's so hard to shop for my mom. Usually we just get her house shoes because the dog tends to eat them. lol Either way, she's deferred Mother's Day until next week when my brothers come home.

Good afternoon/morning/night ladies! How was everyone's weekend? Mine was good. Yesterday my family took me and my mom out to breakfast and then I got to come home and relax and do absolutely nothing. It was fabulous!

I am in such a good mood right now. I just finished reading Divergent and it was amazing. I LOVE it when a book is good enough to suck you in and get you worked up. It left me all energized and feeling great. So now, the only logical thing to do is put this energy into good use and do chores *sigh* back to reality I go.

Wilda: I'm so jealous you've finished Divergent already, I'm almost there, about 100 pages to go. But I had to stop to do uni work. I'm determined to get the uni work done quickly so I can read in the afternoon.

Well, I stayed up real late reading last night and then started reading as soon as my daughter was off to school and my son was fed and content watching cartoons this morning. A part of me wishes I didn't rush it, but it was so good I couldn't help it. Now I can't stop thinking about it. I want the next two books now lol Take your time with your uni work. Reading the book with be a great reward

I'm going to try not to rush...I've got 3 days to finish my assessment, and I'm almost done. But if I finish it today, even better.

I just read this news article from a few weeks ago about a high school teacher who writes erotica in her free time under a different name. Somehow it got out and now parents of the students are questioning her professionalism for having a life outside of teaching... Do these people seriously have nothing better to do?

Oh the poor lady. That's terrible. If she's been a perfectly good english teacher for so many years, what difference does it make if she's writing novels on the side? I guess not everyone wants their teacher to be associated with "erotic novels" but it's not like it's the end of the world or anything. I think it'd be cool to have an author as a teacher. But whatever.
I loved the youtube video though, that guy was pretty funny and I agree with everything he said.

Hey my loves! I'm sorry I haven't been active for the past couple of days. But i had to check in before i leave. I"m going on vacation for 2 weeks. The fiance and I are going to Texas to visit his family.

Things were kind of busy my way. Seems everyday im having company or something. I had a really good mothers day, after my mother went to her room that is. My mother was completely horrible and bitter and ruined the day but when she went to her room my family and I stood outside drinking and having so much fun. I was completely wasted and it was great. Monday i had company over. Tuesday we went to the doctors. SO the fiance is officially on break from treatments and all his appointments are made and arranged. SO we have two weeks with no appointments. So we booked a flight.

I've been running around preparing for our trip the last two days. I have to do laundry and then i think im just about set.

SO i leave tuesday may 17th and come back may 31st. I may or may not be able to check in. The hubby said he is taking his laptop but im not taking mine and i dont know how it is over there or what his family has planned for us etc etc. So i may be able to check in or i may not. BUt i have a few more days at home so i'll be around posting for a few more days :-D

1 1/2 school days left and i cann't wait........ Wowie! ......
