What's everyone up to?

yesterday, i just cracked. My parents were fighting. Then my hubby got involved and everyone was fighting. And i just didnt have it in be to the bouncer, the peace maker and the calmer-downer person. I felt hurt more than anything really. I'm always revolving around others people feelings, or even lack of feelings at times. I dont ask for much. Sometimes i dont ask for anything at all. I just hate to be considered insignificant and that's what was happening yesterday. When my mom came home my dad was fighting with her, then my hubby was fighting with both of them because he had head pains and the yelling was making it worse. I was in my room, under my blanket reading my kindle minding my own damn business. I get called downstairs and was being yelled at. I was like WTH did i do ? I didnt do anything. Why u mad at me? Why you yelling at me? And walked away. I'm tired of being the punching bag. For everyone. I'm the only one sticking my neck out for everyone being the care-taking and everything and I'm the first person people lash out on, and most of the time for something that i didnt even do. So i moped in my room. I cried. I cried like a baby. My hubby was quite scared but he was part of it so he felt bad and was apologizing and trying to cheer me up. But i just didnt want to be bothered. So i finished cleaning my room and took a long shower and got in bed and finished reading my book. I went to sleep at a lil after 10pm and woke up 830 am. I feel battered and bruised inside but my friend is stopping by for a visit today. So I'm having my morning quite time and catching on things around here since I dont have much time during the week to come on..

ANd iforgot to ask, did every one survive april's fools day?

Tasha, I'm sorry everyone took things out on you yesterday. You don't deserve it especially after everything you have done and do for them. It's just not right. Sending lots of love, hugs, and support!

We are currently at a hotel in GA about an hour from FL and 4 hours from home. The hubby is asleep and the kids are driving me crazy. Idk how he can sleep through all the yelling and fighting. We're having some car troubles and my daughter threw up twice after eating last night. But I'm managing to stay sane...for now.

Oh Wilda, thats so terrible. I hope ur daughter feels better and the car trouble is fixed. It so sucks to be so close to home yet still so far away.

The car is still making noises and that gas has long run out so the hubby is going to work on it tomorrow. He's in bed asleep right now. After a 21 hour trip which should have only been 12-13 hours, we finalyl got home 2 hours ago. I just got done cleaning. Yeah I know, but with me being so sick before we left, I didn't clean so I came home to a mess but now it's all clean. errr at least as clean as it will get tonight lol

Right now I'm watching the Nickelodeon Awards show to see if Richelle will win the favorite book thing or not. *shrug* I'm tired after a day at the mall. Did a lot of walking and trying on badly needed clothes. Luckily I got a couple items so I won't look like a total hobo when I get to school on Monday. lol

I'm doing alright. Going to meet up with a friend today and discuss editing homework together. We've got a really important test next week, if we don't pass we can't be given our diplomas...which is a lot of pressure considering the test is only worth 10% of the entire course, but whatever...so we're going to go over our notes a bit, make sure we're 100% confident in our work...And then we're going to see Red Riding Hood. It looks amazing, I can't wait.

Oh best of luck on the test. I hate when classes put that sort of pressure on students. But ur a smart cookie so i know u will do well.

and omg red riding hood looks soooooooo amazing, i thought i was the only one who thought so cause none of my family or friends have heard of it are interested in watching it. It looks so good. Let me know how it is!


I am in a cuddly mood, cause of the weather. Its chilly outside. Not cold winter cold. but a nice cold chill and windy. It was raining on and off all day, but a light rain but the rain has stopped so its just that misty fog wet air and damp ground. Its beautiful to me. I love this weather. I feel like its a nice fall night.. not spring lol.

I havent been on much , or for long rather, cause I've been reading and writing a bit the past few days. So while at the hospital i do that and when i come home i cook or clean or both and then work out for a bit. The past two days ive been going for walks with my dad.

I'll definitely tell you what it's like. My friends and I are pretty excited about seeing Red Riding Hood. The only bad part of seeing the movie is that it's on at 7pm tonight, so I'm going to have to take a taxi home *sigh* But it'll be worth it.

OMG, It's been raining all day here too (it's only 11am, but whatever...that's all day) Except I guess we are in Autumn now, so this sort of weather is expected. I like it if I get to stay inside all day, but since I'm going out soon I'm a little sad it's wet. I decided to wear a bright yellow t-shirt so I could bring a little sunshine into the day...but I'm going to cover it up with a grey jumper when I go out, which sort of defeats the purpose, but it's a nice jumper, so the jumper wins

I guess that's something positive about visiting the hospital, you've got the chance to read and write more.

Starting Autumn break/ Easter holiday early from tomorrow. 2 weeks of uni.
Been so busy lately looking forward to being able relax for a while and get some reading done. Haven't finished a book this whole quarter.
I had a test today. So long I couldn't get it all done but it was relatively straight forward.

Planning on seeing red riding hood nxt week.

The weather is so random here these days. I left the house with sun glases on.
Ten minutes later I was at the bus stop and it was raining.

lmao It was directed by Catherine Hardwicke. Joke of a movie directer if I ever saw one. Her movies are all utter bore-fests (imo). Now she's merely riding on the coattails of the movie that brought her this fame.

The reason it was only "ok" is because Gary Oldman was in the cast. Or so I hear. But I mean, I believe it because Gary Oldman is awesome. I haven't actually seen the movie and have no plans to. This was simply what I gathered from the previews. lol My sister tried to get me to go with her, but I wanted to see this even less than I wanted to see that Miley Cyrus one last year.

No offense intended of course to any fans.

So i'm cuddled up with a blankie and content to fall a sleep any minute lol. I ended up taking the hubby to the ER last night. He had intense head pains and i called a doc and she sent over medicine but it didnt help so we were instructed to go in the hospital so we did. The did a CT scan and thankfully it came clean, no swelling , no bleeding, and no new cancer . So they gave him a shot of painkiller and my poor baby was high as a kite for the rest of the night. They discharged him this morning. We went to see his doctors and his radiation oncologists is 90% sure he had a seizure and the affects from that seizure is what caused the pain. He said the hubby will be in pain and weak ( he can barely walk) for up to a week while his body recovers. They arranged to see his oncologist and surgeon next week Tuesday. So we are home now and he is watching vh1 100 greatest rock songs and trying to sing. awe.

Ash: I thought Gary Oldman would lift the movie a bit, but even his performance was pretty average. But I think that was more the script than his acting.

Tasha: I thought the same thing. The trailers looked AMAZING! There was the whole creepy mystery thing going on, but the rest of the movie didn't really follow through with that. I won't lie, the end did have a twist (which I won't tell you because there's still a chance someone might want to see it) but it wasn't the type that made the movie cool.
I'm sorry about your hubby, Tasha. I hope he gets better soon *hugs*

Rhia: Sorry, didn't mean to put you off seeing the movie...I just wasn't that impressed with it.

Probably won't go see red ridinghood. I'll wait til is comes out on dvd.

I'm back! Was without internet for a freakin week.

How is everyone? Did I miss anything?

Yesterday was my daughter's 7th birthday and she threw up twice The first time we just thought it was b/c of the drive from Tampa home (she sometimes get car sick) but then she threw up while outside playing with those stupid colored bubbles that made my son look like a smurf and made her look like she was bleeding. I had blue spots/streaks all through my house But the rest of the day she didn't feel good but she's back to norm today.

Thank you everyone. The docs said he will be sick and in pain for up to a week. But we're managing alright for now.

WE got some MUCH needed sleep. Which was kind of hampered because yesterday i had to do SO much , cleaning errands and laundry. I wasn't done until after 7pm. ANd then we stood up late hanging out with my daddy. My dad was so excited he spent the day at the race track. his favorite horse was racing, Uncle Moe.

I am getting a little sick, cause my mother is sick and she hasn't gone to the doctors. So i'm bombarding myself with meds. I so can't afford to get sick.
