We didn't get any new info in Frostbite. I hope we do get some in BP though, despite Rose being in Russia. Who can she talk to about Vlad and Anna in Russia?

But didn't the first chapter of Blood Promise say that she (rose) didn't know much Russian? That's why she asked if the dhampir spoke english. I think she knows enough to say a few sentences but that's all. And I think Richelle's russian translation thing was so that RM could write a few words in Russian.
