| lol Yeah, I totally get that. But I sort of think of it as something to tide me over until the release date. And either way, I'm waiting a few extra days before I actually get the book because I want to buy it when I go to the signing and have it signed by Richelle. Hopefully it won't get spoiled in the four days before the signing... | |

| I loved the first chapter, but I just kinda feel like "hey, where's the rest of the book at?!" cause I'm kinda hanging now. I pre-ordered the book form Border's, I was going to get the overnight shipping but they want a boo-koo of money so I got the 2-3 day shipping, so its gonna be an extra couples days before I can read it. I'm definately pumped though. I'm definately excited to how things go with Dimka. I mean, seriously, surely he & Rose get back together somehow. | |

I don't remember mention of a Syndey at all from Shadow Kiss...where was she mentioned? And plus, I've always known an alchemist to be someone who turns ordinary things into gold. So many new questions!

And for ballroomdancer13, as far as i know i don't believe that Sydney was not in Shadow Kiss. But didn't Richelle Mead say that Rose meets new people who help her along the way? Well If she did then i think that that is where Sydney comes in.
But overall i want the book to come out so i can just read it. | |

I was up past 2 am just to read it. And an hour before i was debating whether to go to sleep and wait till morning, or just stay up case i made it that far...lol But i don't think i could have waited for the book and not read the first chapter.
