Brissa-man that really sucks. I'm only allergic to sulfur<sp? and cats (I only itch if i haven't been around them for a while and of course when one scratches me). And the typical spring crap like pollen and orange blossoms-which sucks cause i have an orange tree in my backyard.

I had a pretty good day yesterday. Went to lunch with my best friend, got a pedi, and did a little shopping. Today i'm gonna spend the day cleaning and doing laundry. I came home yesterday and found out my mom had cleaned my kitchen and mopped the floors for me. It was really sweet of her

Seriously, the bf and I had a talk...about getting married. He asked me , all nonchalantly while walking to the store, so what do you think of getting married after my 6 months of treatment and I'm better? I of course went all five year girly and started squealing. I was like "OMGGGGG REALLY?!! :jumps up and down: " ...lol. But when i regained some composure he explained there is no better way for him for motivation to get through treatments and to start anew when its over then starting it happily with me. :insert aws here: Soooo We have a ball park for a date. Of course we have to see how things play out ( how long it takes him to recovery after treatments, the planning and of course money). But I'm excited and I agree with him. I can't think of a better way to start our lives- happy and HEALTHY. Which is why I will be going on a wedding diet soon. If not this week then next week. Cause 6 months is a good time line to loss a ton of weight and make lifestyle changes for the better. Ive been wanting to do this for a LONG time. When i finished school i wanted to take a few months off from life and diet and exercise hardcore, but then life happened, everything with my dad and now everything with the bf. So there my full time job now- lol. But hopefully i can figure something out and get a part time job weekends or something. Idk. We will see.

Congrats Tasha!! Sounds like a lot of great things to look forward to this year and I'm very happy for you. Lifestyle changes can be difficult but just stick with it and you'll get there.

I'm packing right now to go to New Hampshire to visit my brothers. I'm pretty happy about that but definitely not looking forward to the *flying* part since it's become such a hassle over the years. It was much better back in the 90s. It was actually *fun* then. Though that could've just been my perspective as a child.

Thanks guys. Had a safe flight. I should be able to go to sleep, but I broke my brother's shower!! Now we're waiting to see if someone's going to come out and help us turn this dang water off. Unfortunately it's after 1 am and it's not looking so good at the moment. But at least there's no flooding... *shower fail*

Update: Managed to get someone to come out and fix the broken knob. He worked pretty quick considering it was after 1 am and they'd woken him up. Poor dude.

I think I broke a shower once and one time I almost broke my left wrist..........good thing I write with my right hand

You know Rhia- i kept getting injured in my hands or wrist whilst i was going to school for sign language. And it was constant worry and struggle for me. I've had serious close calls to serious hand injuries. If my hands were hurt, i wouldn't have been able to participate in class. So the day i finished school, i said okay karma and world - my hands can be hurt now i dont have class anymore. But I've been perfectly fine and no injuries. lol.

Today is Ash Wednesday in the US. I've never gave anything up for Lent before, but I'm going to give it a try this year. Sayin goodbye to chocolate for 40 days (excluding Sundays) is gonna be hard, but I believe I can do it

It's Ash Wednesday here as well in the UK...I gave up chocolate last year, and my mum gave up alcohol...my dad bought her an iPod touch for it...what did I get? Nothing! So this year I am not giving anything up at all b/c I won't get anything out of it.

My dog went wobbly again at midnight last night. We had to take her to an Emergency Vet about 50 minutes away from us (the closest one open 24 hours). dad thought she might not make it, so my sister and I had to say our goodbyes before my parents took her to the vet. I was a mess and couldn't get back to sleep for a while, so I stayed awake and read my book. Didn't end up sleeping again until 2:30 when my parents came home and told me she was alright-ish. She's home with us, and a bit more stable...but she's pretty weak.

Going to do my homework for my class tomorrow. I've been putting it off all week. In a perfect world I'd do nothing today after what happened last night. Unfortunately that can't happen. So it's time to hit the books.

*hugs* Thanks Tasha. She's doing ok at the moment, sleeping a lot.
I'm trying to get my homework done quickly so I can go to sleep or something...so tired. Or at least be done by the time my friend gets home. She's still staying with me, but I think we found her a place last night. Sort of near-by and really pretty.
