Wildaaaaa Happy Birthday love! I'm so sorry your having a tough go at things. I hope things ease up for you. If it makes u feel better, ur not the only- things are really stressful over here for me too- so its not just you. I know i find comfort in that, i know its just not me and my bad luck. Things have to get better sometime though. I hope u get some peaceful moments on ur bday.

Thanks everyone. Today hasn't totally sucked. My hubby cooked breakfast and cleaned the house and I just made myself some Birthday Brownies

Wilda - glad that your b'day improved.

I had a cold on my last birthday and hardly had a voice. Lost it completly by the end of the night and it didn't come back for 2 days. Presents were nice though.

HB Wilda... wow having a hubby that cleans the house for you is SO GREAT!!! mine only do the bathroom (once a week)..

so you get also brownies.. i love brownies.. here where i live nobody know what is a brownie??? the nearest place to eat a good one is in Germany (3 hours by car) fortunately i go there a few times each year to visit my family or to take a plane for holidays (italians airports are unpredictable)

Today has been a lazy day. Looks like it's going to be a rather boring week which is all fine by me. Its starting to warm up a little again which sucks. I was really enjoying the colder weather.

Pivia_t I can give you a really good brownie recipe if you want. Normally I just use a premade mix but homemade is the best. You can adjust the ingredients to your preference.

I'm sitting outside on my back porch enjoying this beautiful weather and rereading Spirit Bound.

How's school going for everyone? I know a couple of you should be getting ready for your summer breaks right?

I'm recovering from nearly jumping out of a moving car because there was the biggest spider I ever saw on my side of the passenger seat. It was crawling on the window panel and it got to the roof and then it dropped on its web directly in front of me and thats when i got the hell out of the car, knocked it with my purse and ran clear across the street. My dad was like WTF happened. I was like spiders! Spiders! and he was laughing but that thing was hugeeeeeeee. He had to coax me back in the car, i wanted to walk home. LOL. I'm still creeped out, i feel like things are crawling on me.

Wilda, yeah it's getting really close to summer break here. I've sort of been on it already, but I have summer school starting in just over a week. It's not for very long, I'll be finished before the first week of December. It's really hot here today, so it's starting to feel like summer. My mum and I had mangoes for breakfast which is a typical summer breakie for us and it made me feel really happy


Tasha, Omg I know the feeling! Not a car spider, but there was a massive one on my window 2 nights ago. It was on the outside but I got all freaked out because it was looking at me and I was afraid it'd get through the screen on my window and into my room, so despite the hot night I refused to keep my window open and then I got all paranoid that things were creeping all over me. Ugh! I can only imagine how freaked you were having it in front of your face *Shudders*

Tasha I would have freaked out like that too. I hate spiders. Even the tiny ones freak me out. I don't evne like seeing them on tv lol Glad you're ok.

Theres a strip mall like 10 mins walk from my house. I went there yesterday and realised it was my first trip there that i wasn't just driving by in like a year.
Can't believe how quickly times passes. Saw a pretty skirt but there wasn't one left in my size. Hate it when that happens.
Been working this morning. Going to finish mockingjay now. Started it like a month ago.

Ugh, I hate when that happens. I'm not the best shopper anyway, so when I see something I really like I tend to get it...except when there aren't any sizes. It's a real downer on happy summer moods

I'm doing this 7 day fitness and health course. It's a general education course and the last thing I need to do to finish my degree. I've got a week of holidays still before it starts though. Ordinarily I'd be reading, but I'm in the process of cleaning my room because my grandmother is coming to stay with us for 3 weeks and she's had a few strokes in the last few months so we don't want her going up stairs, so I'm being kicked out of my room and going to living in my sister's room upstairs. (I guess it's not really being kicked out, because I don't mind moving for family but it's still slightly annoying having to move )

My allergies problem has turned into a cold. I look and feel like crap. So today after I go grocery shopping and clean the house, I am going to relax and finish rereading SB. Hopefully the kids won't drive me too crazy today.

Kim - 7 days that's intense. Summer school is 6wks at my uni. Waiting on grades before I decide to enrol. Do you know what you're doing nxt yr.

I'm getting kicked out of my room soon because my aunt and uncle from Sydney are coming to visit around Christmas. Cleaning my room anyways haven't had things in perfect order because of exams. I'm a bit OCD about things being in the right place.

Yeah, Our summer school is about 8 weeks long (with the christmas-new year break in between) ... but my class is only 7 days of work over 3 weeks...only on Mondays, tuesdays and wednesdays.
