Thanks so much I'm so embarrassed today lol. So many things happened at that party and I remember it all. My friends we're over the edge and we're nearly ill, so it was a great day but most of them won't remember a thing

I hope everyone is well. I've been super stressed and worried about my dad and cleaning like a mad woman. I'm going away to visit the in-laws-to- be. So i've been packing too. I don't feel comfortable going because I don't want to leave my dad but we haven't seen his family since Christmas and it's only for a week or so. I'm hoping i can count this as a little vacation though and much need mental break. I packed five books and my notebook. So i hope i can get some blog entries and poetry writing accomplished too. I may or may not be able to use the internet. I don't know. So i may be a little absent. I haven't been posting much lately i know but i sign on a few times a day and peek around. I so need a computer chair. Lol.

So glad that the most full on week of uni is over and now its time for a two week break from it all. But have loads to catch up on. Going to go catch up on missed tv.

And i love this seasonal difference. Around here college is just starting up for people and ya'll are getting ready for a mid term break. It still amazes me. i guess thats more the culture shock for someone who's never been out of the country ( well i went to PR once lol)

In other news, one of my college professors linked my blog to his facebook status today because i wrote a rant defending my college ( its a two year community college and people talk alot of trash about that school) . I logged my blog and saw i had 76 views. Hot damn, i nearly drooled out my coffee. But i only got two comments from my professor. But i sure do love seeing 76 views on my stats. Awesome. lol.

I feel so left out When I do manage to get a connection, it seems liek everytime I go to post on here I lose the connection. Hopefully I can post this time.

No news here except that I cut off about 5" of my hair. It was down to the middle of my back now its below my shoulders. And I'm going to get more cut off and layered whenever I have the time.

Wilda, i'll be in the same boat as you this week. The computer here is really messed up and super slow. I've spend five mintues just trying to log into here. I gave up on face book. So, i'll be even a little more absent this week.

Sorry ya'll, i miss commenting all around. But otherwise i'm having an okay time. Just these people wake up far to early for my taste. They wake up at 530 in the morning and let us "sleep in" until 730am. Today i slept til 830am and feel TONS better. And someone even had coffee made and waiting for me ( don't know who everyone left except for me and my hubby. His parents and lil brother went to a doc's appointment I think). Oh well, i packed four books and a notebook. So i hope to get some writing and reading done. But, i started to write a few things last night and it's just not happening. Made me mad actually cause it wasn't coming out like i wanted to it, like i hear it in my head. Lol. So i doubt i'll get some writing done. But, i do feel TONS better being away from home and the stress. I think this week will away will do be good.

Not up to much today. I spent most of yesterday cleaning. And I'm telling you by the time I was done I smelled like disinfectant cleaner. It was super gross and I thought I was going to pass out from the fume. Lukily a shower got rid of it. Then I spent the evening reading Linger. And I did a stupid thing halfway through the book, I read the last page which made me cry and super emotional. I had to put the book down. I couldn't read anymore. I finished it this morning. I hate it when a book leaves you all sad and depressed and then make you wait a yr before finding out what happens *sigh* Apparently I am a veyr impatient person. It's a good thing I have other books to keep me occupied.

I've got some good news, my hubby is looking to go back to school in the spring for business management. He has been talking about it for a while now and I am proud to say he is finally taking steps to actually doing it. It'll mean him being gone more and less money but overall it will be worth it. And hopefully he'll be done by the time my son starts school so I can go back to school.

Speaking of schools, how is school going for everyone?

Eh. It's ok. Would rather have my free time back.

The only non study things I've done so far is catching up on missed tv and reading hush hush which I started weeks ago. Do have plans to catch up with some friends and see a movie or two these holidays.

I figured thats what you meant. we stop lectures/tutorials for only a week. But I'm going to spend it studying too. Or at least essay writing.

Father's Day is on Sunday here, and I still haven't got my dad anything. I'll have to go shopping tomorrow or friday and find him something special. He's so hard to shop for.

Me? Im okay. Adjusting to waking up super early and going to bed early ( hey it's a miltary base, what do you expect? lol). Otherwise I've been reading and adjusting to NO COFFEE. Well, i had coffee today. And they eat sooo much here. Fast food everyday for lunch. Home cooked meals for dinner. I need to like go running when I get home. So much food.

I'm kinda excited because like i said before my professor linked my blog and so many people have been reading it. But, no one is commenting but atleast i know my words are being read. I haven't updated in a while. But today my plan is to get some writing done.

I hear from my friends back home that it's 97 degrees today - super hot. But i'm relaxing in central air and I'm actually cold. I picked a good weekt to go away!

I don't know why but I feel like dancing. *dances around the room*

Have been working, shopping, watching tv and reading all week so really behind studying.

I think you can pour pepsi into a bowl of mentos to get it to erupt/

On mid-session break for the next week. Got practically no sleep last night (partly because I was reading until 12:30, but then I couldn't make myself sleep and woke up early. I'm sort of surprised I'm not tired at the moment, but there's still plenty of day ahead for that.)
Going to do nothing for the weekend and the try and research/finish an essay during the week so I can get it out of the way.
