| My mom is coming for the weekend today. idk how I feel about that yet. I haven't seen her in a month but I'm just not really in the mood for company. On the plus side she'll help me with the kids so maybe I can sneak off for a few hours sometime this weekend for some me time. I desperately need it.
Hope everyone has a great weekend.

| Ladies, I'm so sorry! I haven't been on here in ages. I'm stuck with a bunch of things to do now! I was getting ready for Winnie's party (SURPRISE one btw ) and i realised that I've been sad and kinda lonely, then I thought of you girls and felt horrid! So yeah, im apologising now! And i feel like such an unwelcoming bitch too I haven't had chance to see who's just joined And I loved it when you all said hello and welcome to me, so that is a thing I definately have to do more often now Eva rang and said she's engaged today! Which is great, I haven't even met the guy though Hehe?! Aaron's dating Winnie if I haven't already said that Gracie bought a new dress, and says she's "hip" for wearing a flower in her hair Hahahaa Oh, and Charlie's laughing at the "ouch charlie" video on youtube Have any of you seen that? Hilarious! Love you all xx | |

| There's a show on tv here called "Talking 'bout Your Generation" where three teams (Baby Boomers, Gen X & Gen Y) answer questions about their generation and they see who wins at the end...like a normal quiz show only with celebs. Anyway, at the end of each show there's always a final test to determine who will win, and tonight's test was: Who can make the best volcano. And I thought of here, because Amy was talking about making volcanoes | |

You're all super special, influencing my thinking in the real world Going to do some studying and research today *sigh* Get cracking on an essay..but leisurely. I don't have to rush around this week...might be why I waited until almost 10am to start any work.

| Thanks Kim, he had a good b-day at the end of the day. My mum ordered and bought 4 tickets to see the Amstrong and Miller show live on stage in October this year, we ordered them and they reached us just under a year ago, so it's been a massive secret to keep lol, and we didn't play cricket, but my dog went for a swim in my grandparents fish pond many times on Sunday It was hilarious and he was soaked and a bit green from the pond lol!! | |

| Christy: A walk sounds like a wonderful plan! It's better than my doing-assessments-plan. Have fun! Ela: I love when dogs keep everyone entertained like that. They're just so adorable jumping in water and splashing around. You''d never find a cat doing the same thing. And Yay for the tickets. At least you know you can keep a secret for a very long time | |

| Yay. My sister got us tickets to the football game on the weekend! My team is into the finals rounds, which is a thousand times better than they did last year (where they came last) so we're really happy. My Sis is coming up to Sydney for the match and it's the first live game we'll be watching together since I started becoming football obsessed so I'm really excited. I also haven't seen her for like 8 weeks and I miss her, so it'll be even better getting to hang out for a few hours | |

| Hey ya'll! Just letting ya'll know I'm staying with the in-laws-to-be a few more days. ( till friday) so excuse my absence. I can't wait to go home and go on a commenting spree. LOL. I miss my super fast computer. Plus, i love it here but i just can't stand their parenting. ( my hubby's parents have a 5 year old and its none of my business but this kid is spoiledddddddd rotten and has no manners whats so ever). I love kids but i can't stand the lack of discipline. Sigh. I'll miss it here - no stress or worries or CHORES lol. It's been a nice vacation but i miss my daddy and i miss my stuff. I read through all the books I brought with me. And haven't fancied writing so I've been pretty bored yesterday and today.
Hope ur all well! | |

| Christy ~ I'm gald your friend's bbq was fun! Kim ~ AW! im so glad you're close with your sister Is it your twin btw? I remember when we asked you about telepathy and stuff I love football too, you're lucky! Tasha ~ I did and she says hello back with a thousand kisses And yeah, i love it when things remind you of this site, it is really special as for everyone on here Have fun at the in-laws-to-be! You must tell us everything when you return Wilda ~ Thanks And i thought it would be weird, but Winnie's older than me(17) and my brothers 18 so its not as weird as like someone from my school dating my brother And plus i've grown up with her always being around. Sometimes it grosses me out to see them kiss but other times i love it! They're really cute And haha! Gracie says she's the hip and you're the hoppidy? I'm glad you feel better now And yes three months till Last Sacrifice | |

| Tasha: I hope you're enjoying your in-law visit and that the no-manners kid behaves a bit. Chloe: No, it's not my twin, it's my older sister. The one I went to stay with a couple of months ago. My twin doesn't really like the football (I didn't until June either, but I'm really enjoying it now) and to clarify, becuase I just remembered this could confuse people, it's Rugby League football, not Soccer-Football. (not that that makes much of a difference, but just if I happen to rant about bad passes and fumbling of the ball or tries or something you're not like "But wait, you can't pick up the ball in football (soccer)") | |

| Sorry for the double post but I have to vent. In my usual procrastination mode I was browsing through internet pages and stumbled upon this one: A list of fictional dhampirs. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fictional_dhampirs ) and thought "Hey, why not check it out?" I was thoroughly pleased to see that Vampire Academy dominated most of the literature list, I even spotted a couple of characters from the current series I'm reading, which also made me smile...then the smile faded when I discovered Renesmee Cullen is classified as a dhampir. I'm utterly shocked at that. I know some of us are twilight fans and so I'm not really disputing that, I aslo know she fits the category: Human mother/Vampire father. But I associate dhampirs with well developed plots, strong female leads and explanations of birth that actually make sense. "Nessie Cullen" does not fit with the idea of a "dhampir" (feel free to disagree, but I feel all empty inside thinking she's a dhampir...and I know wikipedia is edited by everyone and that Stephenie Meyer never referred to Nessie as a dhampir, because I have a hard time believing she knew they existed at the time she created the "offspring" but it still makes me unhappy)

Just like how she created vampires. *facepalm*

After months of not being exposed to twilight I've come to realise how crappy that series is. Kim -Have you seen tomorrow when the war began?

Yeah, a lot of my friends have read it, and I think even a few did it at school too. But I was in the "smart class" at my school (that's what we called it...we had to do this selective test before going in and then once we made it into the class we did a whole heap of fancy and strange texts...) So for most I think it is taught here, lol. I might try and buy it soon so I can go see the movie while it's still out.
