I don't really hold it against him either. But I would have thought he'd be more likely to notice. I mean, Lissa can't really be blamed she's only just learning how to see auras. For all we know she might have thought her own aura was reflecting in Avery's or something. But Adrian's been seeing them his whole life. I just thought he'd notice something. Avery can't have been compulsing them forever.

However I think he is only meant to be a good friend to Rose. He understands her unlike most, but Dimitri and Rose are soul mates. When there is that much understanding in just the meeting of eyes no one else can come that close. I think the role Adrian will play will be to help get Rose the love of her life back. It will hurt him, but to see Rose happy that's what will matter to him. Thats the kind of guy I feel he is. | |

| There is also the fact that one day Rose is supposed to have a Damphir kid cos they need more Damphir guardians. If she did get together with Dimitri that wouldn't happen but it would if she was with Adrian.
Rose and Adrian are both reckless and love trouble so if they did get together they would end up in a load of trouble. If Rose and Dimitri dated then he could get Rose out of trouble because he isn't reckless.
so as you can see this is a hard decision
I love both Adrian and Dimitri but R&D all the way!! | |

| I see I've come late to this topic, lol.  Adrian is my favorite character. He's amazingly witty, but sensitive at the same time. Plus I'm all for underdog charaters and when it comes to Rose/Adrian he is the underdog. I'm actually hoping that Adrian/Rose end up together. Something tells me that Dimitri is going to die in the end and Adrian/Rose will slowly build up a romance. | |

The only way I possibly see him staying alive is if Rose changes him back. Or she decides to let him stay a Strigoi. But him killing tons of Elders and then one of the Elders killing him seems like a nice way to go. | |

| ^Plus, at least either way, they can have an easier time differenciating from P.J.O, to boot, although i perfer they'd find a way to change Dimitri back, if they can, but have him kill off tons of Strigoi Elders, before he dies, if they cannot! | |
