that's one of the silliest things to do. If you're hooked you should read it quicker, otherwise you're left for day wondering what is going to happen next and you'll wind up going mental!

Someone told me it's quite confusing- is this true?

P.S just call me Lana - its shorter

kinda and I don't like it that much....mostly because of the main character Catnip .

It's not confusing!! lol But it does seem a bit sci-fi-ish.

And Chris!! How can you not like Katniss??? She's awesome. I love her. She's so hard on the outside but soft on the inside. She cares so much.

Lana, the beginning is a bit confusing because there's no real introduction to the story, it just jumps straight into it. And while small explanations are given along the way, it's written as though you're supposed to know about the history already. But it's fairly easy to follow still, and not that complicated.

I'm with Ash, Katniss is awesome! How could you not like her?

I love Katniss' and Rose's attitude though. It's what sets them apart from other protagonists in novels these days. They're strong and independent on the outside, because the only thing that seems to matter to them is survival. But in the middle they are more compassionate than most people and would give their lives for the ones they care about. Also, they both have to grow up quickly, so they need to have an attitude if they want to survive. It's that hard outside that keeps them alive.

Peeta should....I don't know....do something mean to her for being such a B!

Chris how could you not like Rose AND Katniss? They're both super awesome.

These girls are just so awesomely awesome. I love everything about them.

Peeta wouldn't. At least, not intentionally. He's too good for that.

I think I like Rose a tiny bit more than catnip

They're kind of equal for me. I can't really compare them because they go through different situations.

What I really hate from the book so far , is the score they give her .
