| I don't remember an exact page. I read both books in like 2 days. The entire story (so far) merged into one big book of super awesome goodness. | |

| Enjoying it more? I figured you would like them. Personally I luvs Peeta, but I don't think Gale is so bad either. And yes, it's supposed to be set in the future, with like little mics and cameras everywhere. Sorta like 1984. | |

Not when it was written!!! It was written about the future. The year 1984 was still like 30 years off when it was published. Anyway. HG is set in the future. Katniss mentions that she lives in Panem, a nation that arose from the ashes of what once was North America. Though it doesn't specify how far into the future HG is set. | |
