| meh, idk about Woody as Haymitch he's not what I was expecting but then again none of them really are. That said, the only thing I think of when I think of Josh is the movie Bridge to Terebithia which is a good movie. I've only seen it once, but it made me cry lol. | |

| You know... at first I was really doubting Woody Harrelson. I think it was more because I didn't like him in Zombieland. But then I remembered seeing this scene from the movie Seven Pounds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OyO7pu4KJW8I'll probably still hate him because Haymitch is a jerk, but this scene at least made me like him. Kim: I know!! He's all grown up, but he was just so cute as a kid. I've always thought he was a great actor. I'm sure I'll like him in HG as well. | |

| Wilda: I cried in Bridge to T, too! I've only seen josh in that, Zathura (it was randomly on tv so I watched it because of Josh) and Howl's Moving Castle...but I don't know if that counts because it's animation and it's only his voice. I want to see The Kids are All Right though, it's a bit more Josh-up-to-date. I might buy it at the same time as Winter's Bone and then have a Peeta-Katniss-Alternative-Movie-Day Ash: lol, sorry...didn't mean to be all defensive, just want to show some Josh-Peeta love | |

| Who is Stanley tucci playing? Woody seems like a good fit for Haymitch. | |

| Stanley is playing Ceasar Flickerman the host fo THG. Kim, I forgot Joash was in Zathura too. I saw it once on tv as well. I saw previews for Winter's Bone but it didn't interest me. I've never seen Jennifer Lawerence in anything, but I'm not a fan. Sounds horrible doesn't it? I'm trying to be open-minded about all the actors, but it's hard to. I think Liam as Gale is a big joke | |

| OMFG I LOVE that they cast Isabelle Fuhrman as Clove!!! She was awesomely evil in the movie Orphan. She's going to kill it!!
Alexander Ludwig doesn't seem like a bad Cato either. I've only seen him in The Race to Witch Mountain, but he looks like he could do it.

| Isabelle's young! I always imagined Clove sort of bulkier and older, but she'll do. Alexander's pretty cute for Cato. I don't think he's who I imagined either. But like always, they must have done something pretty cool to get the parts.
Who else is left to cast? Cinna, Portia, Avox girl? And random members of District 12...right?

I think Jen and Josh will be ok for Kat and Peeta. Has Snow been cast?

| no Snow hasn't been casted yet but I'm sure the rest will be casted soon. The whole thing has been pretty quick. Clove and Cato aren't how I pictured and I agree Kim, Isabelle is a bit young. She's only 14. Same age as my niece. Its hard to picture a girl so young playing a part like Clove's. | |

| I always imagined Clove being the same age, or just slightly older than Katniss...since they're careers and usually the career tributes were the ones who have been training their whole lives to win the games...I just can't see her in that role. I guess they had to make the ages all different, so that it really looked random. But since they didn't pick a teenager to play Katniss, I figured the tributes (unless absolutely necessary) were going to be older teens.
I'm just going to have to wait and see what they do to her to make her look more harsh and Clove-like

I'm just going to have to wait and see what they do to her to make her look more harsh and Clove-like Watch these scenes from The Orphan. You may begin to see Isabelle's evil acting abilities better. Don't be fooled by her sweet face. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w76Y8RFkL_M&feature=relatedBeware language/violence. I always thought that the little girl who plays Max in this movie would make the perfect Prim. lol Though I think she would've been too young for the role.

| I'm not saying she'll be an bad actor, she can obviously play the tough-evil-girl role, I just imagined her older. It's going to take a little while to change that image in my head.
I only watched half the video though...after the bird killing and finding a gun (that creepy look on her face) I decided not to watch the rest. I'm sure she'll be fine.

She really seems older on screen though. That movie's a couple years old now besides. You can find more recent pics of her here: http://www.isabelle-fuhrman.com/

| Ok so the pic has already been released I gotta say I like it. I was very skeptical over their choice, but she does look like Katniss! Now I'm excited for the movie! I just hope they can pull off the acting part! | |

| Jen's face is looking a bit thin as well. It could be the angle and the makeup, but if she is thinner, it might be a bit more realistic for Katniss. Also noticed that Alexander Ludwig was among the auditions for Peeta... though we all know Josh beat him out. But they must have still liked him because they cast him as Cato!! lol Anyway, next I'd like to see who they cast as President Snow and Cinna. I'd also like to see Josh in Peeta-form. I recently saw The Kids Are All Right and... while the movie was disappointing, I could see that Josh will be great as Peeta. | |

| I LOVE Jen's picture. She looks amazing, and definitely Katniss-y. I'm really excited now. I'm so glad they've given us that, so we can be 110% sure she looks the part. I'm speechless with how much I love this.
Ash: Oh, that's disappointing the movie wasn't all the good, I was going to buy it soon, but I might just wait until it's on tv. I only really want to see it for Josh anyway, so if it's not good I won't waste my money. I'm glad Josh was good though.

| I was expecting a lot more from Josh in that movie. He was good, but he wasn't really the focus. The trailers made it seem like he and Mia were what the movie was about... not really. And there were a lot of... awkward moments that my little brother kept walking in on. lol So yeah. It was disappointing. The ending confused the hell out of me as well. I mean, what the eff is this movie about anyway? As far as I can tell, the kids most definitely aren't alright.
Anyway, yeah, I think Jen looks great!! I can't wait to see what they do with everyone else, Stanley Tucci and Elizabeth Banks especially. Do you think they've fixed Willow Shields's eyebrow yet?
