| I finally got around to reading Storm Born. I loved it, but I guess that was to be expected since it's a Richelle book. I thought there was just the right amount of mystery and discovery for a new series and all the Dorian-humour was excellent. Yet to read Thorn Queen, but near the top of my "to-read" list. Will give a longer oppinion of the series once I've finished it. | |

Yup, yup. It's one of my faves of all time. I thought Storm Born was good, TQ is a million times better. I seriously can't wait for IC. I actually really love this series more than Georgina. *blasphemy*

| Just finished Thorn Queen. All I can say is: OMG! What a book! My love for Dorian keeps growing (as does my dislike of Kiyo). HATED Leith, but then he got a fairly good punishment in my eyes. Can't wait for Iron Crowned. I can only imagine how the rest of you feel, having waited so long already for it's release. | |

But that first ch excerpt of IC at the end of Succubus Shadows was fun. While I can't wait for IC to come out, I know it's gonna be good, so I'll deal. If you haven't read that ch excerpt yet, you should!! It's hilarious!!

| I know IC still seems so far away. The first chapter was good though it did make laugh when she walked into the room. | |

| Just read the first chapter of IC. A very nice way to start, especially since Dorian's in it. I have to say I have a soft spot for Jasmine. Katrice will be defeated in IC, and then the race for a child will start/finish between Jasmine and Eugenie in the 4th book...I really want Jasmine to be good, but I can't see that happening with the prophecy looming over them all the time. She'll be good for IC and Eugenie will feel obliged to set her free and then they'll be at each other's throats again in the last book. | |

lol I think Eug doesn't know what else to do with Jasmine. I think you're right about the way things will go down between them though. Do you think Jasmine's brother will ever come back into the picture? Probably not right?

Do you think Jasmine's brother will ever come back into the picture? Probably not right? I don't think he was all that important really. I think RM wrapped up his side of things pretty neatly by allowing him to have a girlfriend, he's sort of out of the way...at the same time though, Eugenie hasn't told him she knows where Jasmine is, that she's safe...sort of. So maybe he'll keep bugging her...though with the amount of time she's spending in the Otherworld because of the war I doubt she's got much time to think about human concerns.

| Some of my twitter friends keep talking about Iron Crowned. It's driving me mental. It's not supposed to be released here until march, but there's a chance there's a store in Sydney that'll have copies early and I'm going into the city tomorrow, so I'm excited I'll have the chance to look. I really want this book. | |

My copy is in the mail as we speak. It's supposed to arrive Friday which works out for me since I have a book I want to finish before I dig into it anyhow. Hopefully you'll be able to find it somewhere before March!! I know I'm gonna want to chat with you about it as soon as I finish reading!!

Well the bookstore's website says they have it in stock, so I hope that means it'll be there tomorrow. If not, I might see how long it'll take to order off their website. I don't want to have to wait until march. I sort of have to avoid looking at my friends's tweets atm, they're 100% spoiler-ish, but there's some definite almost-spoilers happening. Not cool. EDIT: I take that back. Stumbled across some MAJOR spoilers. All because it was the first tweet on my homepage. Ah well, not a lot I can do about that now. I know what happens, I just don't know how. *sigh*

I know what happens, I just don't know how. *sigh* Argh that really sucks. BLAH. I'm done with books getting spoiled (unless I intentionally go looking for spoilers, which doesn't happen very often nowadays). I hope you still enjoy reading it though. Occasionally the spoilers I've come across ruin it for me (not the story, just the experience of finding out everything on my own). Okay, sometimes the story too. I'm really dying to know, but I don't want anything to get spoiled. Right now I'm pleasantly in the dark on all things Iron Crowned. Oh, and just tracked my package. It comes tomorrow evening!! *dances* Hopefully we'll both get our copies of IC tomorrow!! *fingers crossed*

| I don't think it's ruined too much. I know some of what happens, just not how. Most of the time, knowing the ending, or bits and pieces, doesn't piss me off too much...especially since this is only bk 3, so there's still more to come in this story. (eg. the Gemma Doyle trilogy by Libba Bray...yeah, found out the ending to that one and couldn't finish the last book.) But so far I'm not too concerned about knowing what happens in IC, I just REALLY want the book now. | |

| I've only read Storm Born but I've read the description of Iron Crowned which tells me something not so good goes down between Eugenie and Kiyo. Am I going to end up hating him once I read Thorn Queen? Cause I loved him then he broke my heart after finding out he was having a baby with maiween -who btw I do NOT trust. After he risked his life to save Eugenie, I liked him again. So now I'm scared to read Thron Queen | |

I did. I'm honestly not even waiting for him to redeem himself. He doesn't deserve Eugenie at all after the things he said/didn't do in Thorn Queen. P.S.: There are A LOT of spoilers in this thread that aren't in spoiler boxes, so you probably don't want to click through the previous posts. We probably should've been more careful about that, and I don't want the book(s) getting spoiled for you.

| lol I figured and it's ok. I don't plan on reading the previous posts until I read the next 2 books. It makes me sad that I will probably end up hating him I fell kinda fast and hard for Kiyo at the beginning of Storm Born | |

| I broke my damn vow to not read spoilers. Now I'm pissed! I mean I'm kinda glad I read a few spoilers cause now I am prepared for what happens but damn!
ARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*sigh*
Lots of emotions running through me right now. Idk if I will be able to handle reading that part of the book...may hit a little too close to home.
