and Hi everyone!

My week was really boring! I didn't get to see my baby and it ticked me off :/ his dad is so mean!!!!! And all we were gonna do was work on my physics homework because I'm not good at it and he's a senior while I'm a junior ._. only one year apart. And he works xp lol, bad thing is, he has some bad habits (not gonna get into what exactly it is, but involves smoking) and, well...he's more "experienced" than I am, and he gets tested every month, but he's clean. Hmm...I might be going to Warped Tour this year if I can get my grades up. Umm...I'm currently doing a research paper on The Great Gatsby, so far I'm not really anywhere with it ._. Domino's (Shea) says hi. Mmm...I'm listening to the Punk Goes Pop Vol. 4 album a lot lately, my ex is in a new band and he's the vocalist and they've done 3 songs so far, and the song Black Hold is amazing, look them up http://www.reverbnation.com/alternantresonant and click on "Black Hold Stevan Mata..." and listen to it, I warn you though, it's all scream (: teehee. And his voice is amazing, it still sends shivers through me although I have Ryan ._. girrrrr...anyways, I'm gonna stop rambling now, bye girls!

So my granddad moved into the Hospice two days ago. He's not eating, only yesterday decided to drink something. Dad really wants Pop to stay around until his birthday in 2 weeks, but the chances are really, really small. His other wish is for him to make it to Good Friday (because Dad was born on a Good Friday) but we're not even sure he'll make it that far, and that's only this Friday.

I just realised that might be a bit confusing. I meant my Dad's birthday in 2 weeks, not Pop's. Pop's birthday is in January, so he's already had it, the day before mine.

Awww! i'm sorry about your grandad Kim i hope he makes it to Good Friday / your dad's birthday!

Oh Kim. So sorry your grand-dad moved into a hospice. I really hope your dad gets his wish! I'll be thinking of you all and sending you lots of positive energy and love and I'll be rooting for your grand-dad!

Wilda- i'm glad the training is going well. I'm sure you'll learn everything and be awesome at your job!

Everyone- sorry i've been missing on ya'll posts. I've been busy and lazy ( and kind of moody). I"ll post again tomorrow ( or later. had alot of coffee today don't feel all that sleepy). I have news I wanted to share with ya'll ( it's good news about the Hubby's health) But, right now i'm kind of brooding around. I'm annoyed I have appointments ( for my dad , hubby and house repair stuff) every single day this week. It's kind of annoying I don't work, not in school and don't have kids yet I have absolutely no free time and barely any time for myself. So i'm taking a moment to brood about it so I don't let it affect me negatively in this busy week ahead of me. I hope everyone is well!

Kim - I really hope your family gets to have a nice last Easter with your Pop.

Tash- glad you've got some good news about your hubby's health.

Plan on catching up on movies and books and sleep.

Hey guys, just thought I'd let you know my Pop passed away this morning. Been with family for most of the day. We're all giving my Nan some alone time at the moment, but will be back together tonight. Just trying to distract myself now. Will probably watch a movie or try and read my book, but I feel like I'm missing the point in this book atm.

I'm so sorry for your loss Kim! My condolences to you and your family. If you need anything we're here for you. HUGS.

Sorry i haven't been on much. This job is exhausting. I'm already so sick and tired of the one ride I'm trained on. It's directly in the sun and the FL heat can be brutal. Everyone tells me that it'll be easier once i get trained on the other ride after easter. Then i'll get to do full rotations and not be in the heat the entire time. They sent me home an hour early today b/c I was about to pass out. I'm off tomorrow and Saturday!! We're celebrating my daughter's birthday and Easter on Saturday. I'm working Easter and her birthday which is Monday. She wants to go to the beach and even though I'm sick of being in the sun, we're going to go.

Blah. Hope everyone is doing great. I miss being on here!

Thanks guys. It's been hard to deal with, but we're hanging in there. Been keeping myself busy and spending a lot of time with Dad. It hit him the hardest. I never seen him cry before, yesterday was not fun emotionally, but we did a bit better today. *hugs*

Had pretty average Easter weekend. I'm all caught up with TV now. Did some reading too.

Reading The Morganville Vampires over again. Listening to Glad You Came by The Wanted, and missing my boyfriend. Finally got to see him during Easter weekend! I was so happy! Easter Sunday I went to the Rangers' game (baseball) and it was awesome. Texas Rangers won 5 to 0 and it was amazing! My baby, Josh Hamilton, made the second home run, omg, that was just so, wow! Me and my boyfriend are doing fine, he's always worried about me though, and honestly? I'm worried about him too, I don't want to lose him. Never...I'm staying with him...if he leaves, that's his choice, but I'm staying :3 I know, I'm so cheesy, but oh well. I got Hunger Games the movie on my laptop, took forever, but I finally got it (: anyways, talk to ya later ladies (:

Hey guys. Sorry for being out of action for the last week. Funeral was yesterday, so I should be back to normal-ish from now on. Hope everyone's doing alright

Kim: I hope everything will be better for you guys and that things are going okay right now.

I'm doing fine. Reading mostly, really gotta work on doing school work though :/ I'm so behind that it's not even funny v.v things are going okay. Me and Ryan are still together but we barely talk anymore because we're so busy :/ I've got homework and stuff and so does he but he also works. All in all, things are just peachy...my family is all right. My great-grandmother turned 75 a week or two ago and now she's sick, it's hard for her to breathe so she's gotta be on a machine to help three times a week and yeah...my grandmother is doing fine, so is my grandfather. My uncles and aunts are doing okay and so are my cousins. All of my family is in Hawaii except my parents and sister. We're all doing okay, and my brother (german shepherd dog) is, well...he's still running around XP so everything is okay with me. How about you, ladies.

Hey everyone... sorry I've been MIA. I dont even remember when or what was the last thing i posted about. So sorry if i repeat anything.

The hubby and I are doing good. He's doing much better health wise. He's going through some emotional things right now but we're getting through it bit by bit. Idk if you all remember the hubby had an emergency MRI a couple months ago cause his docs thought his cancer was coming back... well that MRI and special additional test i dont know the name of was great. No new cancer. Or old cancer growing, or tumor regrowth. So now his new doc ( his old doc left) is trying to medically clear the hubby bit by bit so we can get back to normal lives. The hubby was supposed to go for a test of his brain last week. But his transportation showed up almost two hours late. So i had to reschedule the procedure. We go next week for that. IF this test comes back good, the docs are going to start taking him off some meds and clear him to get his license/drive. For now, they have him doing little rehab stuff at home. It may sound silly, but the sun makes him sick. So everyday he has to stand in the sun for five minutes or so to expose himself to the sun. The docs say it may take awhile, after brain surgery anything with the head is just so sensitive but they think in a few months the sun and weather shouldn't be a problem for him ( except humidity, causes migraines but that's been improving thankfully). He also has to walk everyday for 15 minutes. While he has his strength, if he uses it it's usually damaging. So he isn't allowed to use it the docs said but he needs to build up endurance and stamina so they said walking helps. And hopefully he can go back to being the brute he naturally is. Actually we asked the docs when he can get back to work...the hubby's type of work ( he's a mechanic by profession but before he got sick he was working as a shipping clerk as a the brute...packing and lifting boxes). They advise against and hope he would do a desk job. The hubby flat out told them that's not gunna happen. So the docs are starting him off slow. They have him doing "homework" ...stimulating stuff( he's been reading his mechanic books and stuff) because weather we know it or not, doing that strains the brain. He's brain is extra sensitive after being cut into so if he was even to do a desk job, punching number for 8 hours would make him sick. Even using a computer for too long at home makes him sick ( staring at a screen strains the eyes ...all the nerves are so sensitive. It's unbelievable the things that we do so often and never put a second thought into how much it actually takes a toll on our bodies.) So everyday he's been studying for an hour or so to get his brain in better shape ( he hasn't suffered any medical deficit thankfully and he's mentally sharp , again its just endurance issues) .June when he goes for another MRI. if everything is good, he doesn't need to resume cancer treatment and then he can be cleared to semi-annual watch list. He still would have to have regular appointments and keep a close watch on his cancer. He is stage three and an aggressive type of tumor. But they are hopeful he can stay stable in remission for awhile because of his young age. So we're hopefully for good news and hoping for the best.

I've been researching career paths and schools trying to figure out what it is I want to do. But, I'm ready to apply for anything now, financially things are bad and we just need an income.

Other than that, been going to alot of appointments with both the hubby and my dad. My dad is doing well. He had his heart tested, everything is great. He had his colon checked for the colon cancer he had...everything is great with that. He had blood work done, everything is normal. He's still mentally horrible. But, we are learning how to deal with him better.

So that's what I've been up too! Still haven't seen the hunger games. And I haven't read anything new. But, my mother switched cable companies and we got free three months of showtime. SO i've been watching movies and catching up on some shows like Nurse Jackie and The Big C. Oh and the hubby bought Hulu Plus ( it's 8 dollars a month) so I've been catching up on House too. Haven't watched TV in so long so I've been giving up sleep to stay up and veg out in front the TV...lol.

Tasha: I'm so glad your hubby is getting cleared by the doc. I'm really happy that everything he's doing these days is mostly positive. I understand that it's hard work, handling the sun and trying to not strain his brain and body, but at least all signs are pointing in the right direction.

We had a tough start to the week. Dad's birthday was on monday and it was the first without Pop. But we're all slowly moving forwards again. Had a strange conversation in a lift (elevator) at my Nan's place yesterday. My sister and I went to visit and as we were leaving some lady got in on the 1st floor and asked as what we were up to today. My sister replied that we were heading home after visiting my Nan, told the lady who it was and she was all "Oh, I know her! I offerred to drive her places if she needed help...And how's your granddad doing?" The lady didn't know he'd passed away! She lives in the same unit and I was so sure they were al told the other day. It was a very awkward situation, but at least Nan didn't have to be the one to tell her.

Kim: How are things on the family front?

Tasha - Good to hear that your hubby is getting better.

Wilda- no posts. I hope that's a good sign about your new job.

Been really busy with uni and work lately. Really excited to be graduating next week.
Just read some TGL reviews. Can't wait for it to come out.

Libby: We were doing alright until this morning with all the Anzac Day stuff. We went to our traditional Dawn Service, but because Pop used to run it every year, we were all a little upset. My cousin got a friend of his to make us a wreath, and all the grandchildren went up to place it at the cenotaph. We were doing fine at the ceremony until the announcer said we were placing it in memory of Pop and then it was a struggle to put it down without crying. But other than that, we really are doing alright. Thanks for asking Libby.

Hey ladies, sorry I haven't posted in a while. I come on and check in, I just haven't found much time to post anything. Work kept me really busy and exhausted these last few weeks but now that Easter is over, I'm down to 3 day weeks. Today is my first day of 4 days off and I'm sooooo tired. I didn't sleep well last night and my hubby has been working really late these past few nights bc he is training someone and my son has all of a sudden become afraid to sleep by his self so he's been sneaking into bed with me and I don't sleep well at all when he's in my bed. Blah. But work is good. Its not a bad place to work, and I like the people. Some more than others.

Anyways, nothing new to really report.

Kim, I'm sorry you guys had a rough Dawn service It's things like that that remind us the most of the ones we lost that are the hardest to get through. HUGS! How's interning going?

I'm dying for TGL! All these teasers and stuff are driving me crazy. I've realized that I will be working release day. idk how I'm going to survive until I'm off to read it.

Wilda: I'm glad the Easter rush is over for you now and you've got a regular routine going. Sorry you're so tired and didn't sleep well last night. Hopefully you can spend the day relaxing. That's strange that your son is having trouble sleeping alone. Is he having nightmares or something?

*hugs* Internship is going really well. They've got me running some of the YA online content, so I'm really learning a lot. And they keep giving me books too I'm also starting a part-time job at the local shopping centre next week, so yay for money while I keep appling to actual publishing jobs

Sorry I've been MIA. Been kind of stressed and been having problems around the house. But things are dying down finally. Some normal is coming back in my days. Hoping for a few more good days , i'm just so drained and tired. I was looking forward to catching up on sleep today...but then we had a thunderstorm this morning. My dog was so scared and freaking out it was hours before she calmed down. :-(

Graduation was pretty fun but wasn't super exciting either. I'll probably end up going it all over again nxt year.
Haven't been up to anything else lately.
Planning on going to Australia during inter-semester break.

Kim- your publishing internship sounds cool. What's your other job?
