Not only did she have 4 books to try and make a point and never did, she decided to rewrite one more in a different perspective and not make a point.

I think the point of the series was all basically a bunch of chagrin. then she took a normal chagrined novel and and turned it into an epic chagrinning failure.

They did read like a dream in that nothing really made sense and by the end your left wondering what the heck did i just read. We've all had those dreams where we wake up and can't remember what we just dreamt just random fragments that make no sense what so ever. oh well what can you do?

Read the Potter-World novels, the Percy Jackson And The Olympians novels, and the Cirque Du Freak novels, and hope you just woke up from a bad dream?

tell you what Ill finish the PJO series then Ill have 2/3 under my belt. How many were in that series? Ill finish reading the Angel Experiment this week then finish the PJO novels. Enlighten me more on the Cirque du freak novels?

Then the fact that only P.J.O, The Mortal Instruments, and Vampire Academy, along with the Demonata, are the only series left who could bust both Children's and Y.A Literature out of the Coffin...shows that both of them are on their last legs and preparing a Final Stand!

Including the 1st one, 'The Lightning Thief', there's about 6 novels, and 4 more of them are for the main story, yet the DemiGod files takes place after the 4th novel, but before the 5th novel!You should read the 2nd-4th novels before piking up The Demigod files and reading the 5th novel, The Last Olympian!

I'm a pretty fast reader 1-2 days per book when life is mellow. Unfortunately these next two weeks of my life are crazy. So I'm at a book a week. Mid november is empty so I can breeze throught them in the second week. Ill start as soon as Im done with the Angel Experiment novel I"m 40 percent through it.

This movie must be the start of a new movie series that must be better than the Potter-World and twilight movies, because if that's not the case, R.I.P P.J.O, and R.I.P Literature.

For our sake, i hope you're right, because i don't know if the Cirque Du Freak movies will ever get the Sequel ready, nor do i know when the nightmarish Wrath of the Twi-trolls will be stopped!

im boy cotting their movies hopefully others will to. for meyer its all about revenue don't feed her wallet people. just say no to merchandise.

I just hope that this will be the start to a New movie series that would lack the outright repetitiveness of the Potter-World movies[Cutting out Bill + Charlie, increasing the amount of morons in the movies, make the world look like a band of wimps and Cannon-fodder!] and the outright Tastelessness of the twilight movies[aside from the taste-filled music, but other than that, and the De-Censoring of Climaxes...you get the drift!]

There is hope for us all!If the main reason why the twilight movies appeared dominant was because the Post-Columbus Potter-World movies in general started sucking, with possible exceptions being movies 3 and 6, even then, they aren't great, then the breaking point in which the P.J.O movies will have to overcome is twilight's own Breaking Dawn, and the Potter-world's final two movies, because if 'The Lightning Thief' movie breaks through at least one of them, there's a shot to set things right, once more!

It would be even better, if someone could find the second[and much better!] Teaser trailer for The Lightning Thief, really, Jill, because the 1st trailer is too weak, to work well, anyway, i feel.

yep i agree totaly i felt like every time i would read it i was left going off daydreaming during reading so it was like "Edward was blah blah blah blah....." ya know? god i cant belive i was a twilight junkie i fell so ashamed.

twilight actually had potential, somewhere...it had a potentially good story-line, a potentially good cast of characters, it even had some amount of good ideas in the mix...now that i think about it...most of those ideas were grossly mis-managed, to begin with, and even the attempt at 'Romance' was half-bootied, i felt, or why else do i feel that Edward needs 10,000 beatings, some of which from most of the main cast of Vampire Academy or Cirque Du Freak?

In any case, at the very least, now that 'The Lightning Thief' is coming in theatres, in President's Day, on 2010, and considering that the novel actually did have better sequels, mainly because they felt better planned-out and there was carefully-placed hintings on how the Modern-Day Demigods of Olympus had evolved from their half-sibling predecessors, and how much they affected our world, itself...in other words, if 'The Lightning Thief' turns out to be a stellar hit, a good movie, and a decent take on the novel of the same name, then the twilight team will start to realize that, if they ever wished to gain back the respect that they had lost, they should learn from the lessons of P.J.O, right there!

Of course, having either Richelle Mead, Rick Riordan[the man who brought us P.J.O], Eoin Colfer, or Susan Cooper be the ones to properly carry out the exploration of

watch after the pjo movie comes out in the theater Sm will say she's in the same league of writing with rick Riordan the way she did with jk rowling. She'll try to better herself through his success. I hope his movies wipe the floor with her
