Realising there are way too many books out about angels.
Where does unearthly sit compared to hush,hush; halo, fallen...?

I haven't read Halo or Fallen, but I liked Unearthly more than Hush, Hush.

Unearthly is sitting on my shelf waiting to be read but I have read Halo, Hush Hush, and Fallen. Now I want to read Unearthly just to compare them...

Finished Under The Never Sky. REALLY good book. Didn't take long to get into it once I was ready to read it.

I really enjoyed Unearthly. I haven't read Fallen or Halo, but I have read Hush Hush (only the first book in the series) and I can tell you that Unearthly is leaps and bounds above it. I'm looking forward to reading Hallowed even though I've heard it's devastating.

Though I can't imagine anything being more DEVASTATING than The Fault in Our Stars. It was such an utterly, wonderfully crushing book and I'm glad to have read it. Even though it ripped my heart out.

Now I'll *try* to get back into Friday Night Bites. I set it down to read TFIOS but I think I'm feeling vampires again.

Daughter of Smoke & Bone

Started across the universe but couldn't get into it.
Going to go pick up darkness falls (immortal beloved #2) from the library and start reading that.

So I started Anna Dressed in Blood yesterday. So far I love it though I'm only on chapter 6. I don't come across enough YA books where the narrator is a guy. I totally love that.

Since you all read The Hunger Games series, I was wondering what ya'll read after it. I'm finding it hard to pick up a book and get into after finishing the series. lol.

I can't remember what I read after reading THG, but it's definitely one hell of a series to follow.

I started reading the book "The Devouring" a couple weeks ago, it's amazing. Soulstice is the second book and Fearscape is the third book. I think it ends with Fearscape, but oh well, it's a great series and I love it. Wilda, you should check it out. And, I haven't read The Hunger Games yet, but I will before the movie comes out in March XP

Hmmm...Idk if I could handle something like that, but it sounds interesting.

Started re reading Shadow Kiss yesterday. Remembering why its the best one is the series.

Curse the Dawn (Cassandra Palmer 4) by Karen Chance

I'm about to finish the 8th Black Dagger Brotherhood book (got about 40 pages to go) and now I'm struggling to decide what to read next. I have a heap of unread books on my shelf, but I just can't work out what I'm in the mood for. I might go with The Statistical Probablility of Love at First Sight...it's a short contemporary YA book, so it sounds like it'll be fun.

The reading list is disproportionate at the moment.
Have more books on the to re read side compared to new reads side.
Any recommendations?
Anyone found the new THG or VA?

Sorry Libby, haven't found anything quite as addictive as VA or THG. I've found a lot of really good books lately, books I love, but they don't really match when compared to VA or THG.

Currently reading: Hex Hall by Rachel Hawkins. I'm loving it, can't stop laughing.

Kim: Hex Hall is pretty good. I still haven't read the sequel yet and I think the 3rd book is coming out soon : /

Libby: There is a book that is almost identical to VA. It's called Half-Blood by Jennifer Armentrout. Some people love the similarities while others hate it. I personally loved it once I got past all the similarities. I think it's worth the read though.

Started Embrace by Jessica Shirvington the other night. I've only rea 5 chapters, but its good so far.

I really loved Hex Hall, went out and ordered books 2 & 3 straight away.

Currently reading Born Wicked by Jessica Spotswood. I'm addicted to this book. Having so much trouble putting it down.

I've heard of half-blood. Looking for something original but I'll give it a go sometime.

Finally going to start Embrace.

I had to put a hold on finishing embrace due to being sick again. As much as I would liek to finish it, all i can think about is rereading THG. So I think thats what I'll do.

Anyone else plan on rereading THG before seeing the movie?

Reading Fever by Lauren DeStefano...but I'm really struggling to read it. I don't know if I'm just not in the mood to read atm, or if it's not grabbing me. I think it's a bit of both. Maybe I should try something different and come back to Fever after.

I thought about rereading THG, but I'm not sure I'll have time.

I finished reread THG the other day. It was more emotional the second time around. Especially when Katniss volunteers. All i could see was Jennifer Lawerence screaming it in the movie trailer. Thats such a powerful scene in the trailer. I really think the movie will be amazing. I can't wait to see it!!!!

Finished Embrace. Another incredible book. I'm debating on reading books 2 and 3 or just waiting. I haven't been big on YA books lately and I just read 2 which seems to be my limit right now. Think I will finish reading the Cassie Palmer series while I wait for the Fever series to get here.

Read The Devouring, Soulstice, and Fearscape. Amazing series! It's about vours who come on the night of the winter solstice and take over bodies riddled with fear and the soul of that person gets trapped in a sort of fearscape filled with their fears that they relive over and over again. You guys should check it out (: it's amazing. I love Quinn! <3

It's weird that 2 months have passed since I paused after #5 feels like it was 2 weeks ago.

Wither - I checked it out at the bookstore and thought "another dystopian!"
Is it good?

I liked Wither, it was different and had a lot of confronting issues: multiple wives, sex/children at a young age....but I'm not a fan of book 2. I've got about 80 pages to go and I just don't find it all that interesting. I'm hoping the last section will lift it up a bit, but I hate that I've had to wait until the end of the book for it to get there.
