| I understand Becca. If you feel the need to pull away from SB for a while then do it. Hopefully you'll find yourself back but if not, I'll understand. You have me on fb so you can talk to me anytime you want/need. I hope everything is ok and I wish you the very best. HUGS!
I'm already trying to plan our trip to Arkansas to visit the in-laws. Gotta figure out everything we need so I can buy it before. Or else I'll be running around like a chicken with her head cut off. We'll be leaving here on the 25th so I have 2.5 weeks but still. I don't like waiting til the last minute and find out theres a ton of stuff we need.
On top of all that I'm in the midst of potty training and it's getting extremely messy. But it's time to buckle down. I'm tired of changing diapers.
btw Becca, I don't think anyone is trying to ignore you. I know I wasn't. Most of the time I have no clue what is going on. I think most of the talking is just little conversations and nothing is really happening so theres nothing to report. At least that's what I think...

| Sam- have a nice trip in case i dont get to talk to u later on!
Becca- about the Congressional thing. If it means alot to you , ask around for people to sponsor you. Go to neighbors, family friends, friends of friends, parents of your friends, teachers, of if your parents work they can ask around at their job for co-workers to contribute to sponsor you. Or ask someone to loan you the money. I know with money it's always kind of weird situations and slightly embarrassing to ask. BUt if its for something educational that means alot too you, put pride aside u know? You can ask a church do a collection to send you. You can ask a place to let you host a fundraiser- flea market, bake sale, car wash. That sort of stuff. You can ask family and friends to pool in money - can tell them it can be a combined birthday/holiday like Christmas gift. You can ask someone with a credit card if they can charge it and pay them back in installments. They're ways of getting the money raised .

| I'm with Sam. What's wrong with being a lady? Would you rather be called a girl? | |

| I will that 3rd ladies! I do not like being called a girl, it's like the person this suggesting that they think am a little girl and not a responsible young adult. But it is different with Welsh tho lol...but if someone is talking to me in English, it does tend to annoy me when they call me a girl and not a young lady or something. | |

| Well throughout high-school and in my hardcore feminist ways i resented being called a Lady. It has negative connotations tied to the world- the place of a woman being inferior with stereotypical Victoria- girls- were corsets- stay at home- uneducated attached to the usage of the word. A lady in the olden days would be just that- polite, quite, spoke when spoken too, needing a male caretaker, never independent or opinionated. So historically speaking the word lady is derogatory and even radical feminists today still resist the word. I never liked it when I was young but as a grew to be romantic and realized people just aren't that educated anymore and aren't aware of stuff like that ^^, as bad as that sounds, but it's true. I lost count of the times I was upset about something and people genuinely didn't know the implications or history attached to things they said or did. It's just stuff lost in time especially as activism dies out with each new generation. I use the word Lady to all the time to all my female friends just because my friends are lovely and classy and it's more personal then saying woman...lol. I'm not so radical in my beliefs anymore. Times have changes and so some stuff just needs to be let go. And my boyfriend/fiancee calls me his lady and it's like he's my king in the olden days and i melt everytime he says it. It makes me feel special and loved and any word that does isn't bad in my book.
and Chloe- i love ya too and thanks so much for your kindness and support. the hubby and I appreciate it very much. I appreciate all of Shadow Bite and all my loves

That's why I was asking what was wrong with it, but I never thought that people still referred to it like that. Makes more sense now... Still, I was never mad and I was just kidding around. I wasn't upset over it just in case someone thought so...

| Wilda: Thanks love. Two and a half weeks? I think you can get everything that needs to be done, done but there's always last minute things, at least with my family any way. lol Do you know what my mom did to potty train me? Anytime I went to the bathroom on the toilet or the potty chair type thing, she gave me M&M's. I know Wilda, it just feels that way sometimes though.
Sam: It's ok love. Are you going somewhere?
Tasha: I know. I don't think I will because I've already asked a lot from the church. That and we just can't do it.
Chole: I know love, it just feels that way sometimes. How's Gracie?
Ela: I don't know what happened but all I can say is that whatever it is I'm sorry and I'll keep you in my prayers.

| lol Becca, I tried bribing him with jelly beans but it didn't work but I'm not giving up! I swear he will be potty trained by the time he is 3 in July And I'm pretty sure I'll have everything done by then and I'm 100% sure something will pop up last minute. Always does no matter how much you prepare | |
