Thats how I feel after 1 day of not being on so i can only imagine how you feel I hope everything calms down for you soon Tasha. I saw the pics of him on fb and he looks good. How's he feeling?

Sam: Thank you. I didn't get much sleep last night. Cried for hours, passed out at 2 and then woke up at 4 and then stayed up ever since.

Tania: If you wanna talk about it I'm here. And love. Whatever you do, don't hurt yourself. Promise me. It's not worth it. Believe me, I know, because when everything's done and over with, you're going to feel so ashamed for what you did. Somewhere down the road you're going to look at those healed over cuts, sometimes healed scars, and you're going to hate yourself. As much as you want to make the emotional pain go away, cutting doesn't help, because when you scar yourself, and you see, you'll automatically think of how you got it and why and then it'll all come rushing back. It's not fun love, not at all........
