Hey Christy, Haven't seen you for a while. How are you doing?

Speaking of books, yesterday morning i called my dad to chit chat while walking home from the doctors. After we hung up he calls me back all excited and said " You;ll be so proud! I read a book! I haven't read a book since the 8th grade!" Lol, awe . Then he sent the book home with my mom so i could read it. Little did he know, he just jacked the hospital library book. Lol. Awe he's so cute.

haha that's awesome Tasha. Geez I just made it sound like hijacking books from hospitals is cool lol but you know what I mean.

I'm sure that sort of thing happens all the time though. There's no way they can expect their books to stay in the hospital when people are all rushing around doing hospital stuff...it's not like people are there to read. I'm sure they won't miss the book.

Oh, I'm fine! We're taking report cards (or however you call it... ) in a while, so not much homework, not really a lot to do, so...

I had a pretty nice weekend. Stayed in all day, except friday. I went to a bar with my friends. My friend said that they had karaoke, but she had mixed the dates and it had a latin party that night. I would have enjoyed it, if we didn't have to leave at 12....

School is getting better. Still hectic and guys are still idiots, but oh well. Made a new friend, probably gonna hang out a lot more now. School is going insane with State Testing coming up soon, and the work they're giving us is outrageous!, but I can deal.

It's Australia Day here today. So Happy Australia Day everyone! It's super hot, so I'm not actually going to do anything but stay inside or go swimming in the pool. My sister and I had a water fight earlier which was fun, I'm still a little wet from that. Hope everyone's well

Hey everyone!

Yeah i've just been so tired so i've been kind of quiet on the site. Just been waking up early and going to the hosp to be with my dad and then all day just doing things for him. he's such a big kid i swear. He was sneaking and eating an ice cream my mom bought him a couple of days ago. He was eating it and little pieces dropped off on his shirt and he had some chocolate dripping down his chin. But he turns to me " Look out for the nurse! I dont want to get in trouble". And i start laughing i was like you're just like my niece, covered with ice cream lol. Then yesterday in the morning when he called me with a list of things to bring him he said " and when you get here, we'll talk about an icey" and then promptly hangs up. Lol. My mom said he is being released today but i doubt it. They didn't finish his testing to clear him yesterday but he'll call me in exactly 27 mins from now. lol. I'm kind of nervous for him to come home cause he still has so many issues. We will be doing nothing but going to various doctors for his conditions and receiving out patient treatments. But i miss him and can't wait for him to come home.

And i love winter. The cold doesnt bother me much. The other morning the weather said with wind it felt like -8 degrees outside. It didn't bother me much. Just wore extra layers. And i was comfortable. I like the cold. I just dont like traveling while its raining or snowing and then shoveling the snow. It's snowed a bit yesterday. It's snowing a bit now. I dont mind cause i'm taking a taxi to the hospital today- my mom left me money. lol.

Hi Tania! Everything is ok here. Been reading so that's why I wasn't on yesterday.

Hang in there Tasha. I know it's already been such a long process and your dad still has a long way to go but hopefully he's on the road to recovery. He sounds like he's doing good though. Sending lots of love and support! HUGS!

Lol, wow, I say "hi" to everyone I know on here, and now I have shout-outs? Hahaha, I love you guys. I'm okay, things are still hectic and school is taking away my free time from writting my story girrrrr.....anyways, yeah, I'm sooooo bored in school, ugh! lol.

Well...where should I start? In school today, something very um...I don't know, interesting, big and hilarious thing happened...(Sam, you've seen the pics, so I'll just tell everyone else what they are)

A guy from a year above me posted pics on FB of 4 different teachers, with their heads photo-shopped off their original pic and put on another's:

One was a teacher (female) with her head stuck to the body of a cartoon Harry Potter.
2nd one was a maths teacher's head (again female...ok...all the 4 teachers a female) stuck to the body of a gorilla.
3rd one was another maths teacher's head (she's really kind so I was a bit annoyed when he did it to her) stuck to the body of a MALE meerkat.
4th and final one was a picture of a sub teacher's (this is the best one by far! he made 3 pics of her) head stuck to a TURKEY!!

This is the 5th night I'm home alone. Well the kids are here but still, I miss my hubby. He was home for a few hours earlier then back to work he went *sigh* The money is great, but man we miss him.

my baby first day of school was this monday..!!!
OMG he cry so much .. he didn't want to stay at all... he beg me to take him home... i felt so bad ..i wasn't far from doing it ..... today was his third day and he only complaint a little but not much of a cry.. ... the first day i couldn't even work .. my head was lost.... i really never though it was going to be that hard..

awe Brissa. I've been there so I know exactly how you feel. My daughter's first day of school was hard on me. Thank God she didn't cry though. I had to leave fairly quick after taking her to class though cause I was tearing up and knew if she saw me cry she'd cry and then that'd be the end of it lol As soon as I left the classroom though I started crying. I felt lost too. it felt sooooo weird not having her home. But trust me after the first week, it gets easier.

Okay, it's official! GUYS IN HIGH SCHOOL SUCK!!!!!!!!!! Gosh, things were already so hectic before he did this to me AGAIN! Emphasis on "AGAIN!" Rawr But if you guys wanna hear about it, reply to this or PM me. I won't open up freely unless you guys want me to. You all seem so happy I'd hate to ruin everyone being as happy as you guys are.

Tati- sure love, i want to know what happened. But only if your comfortable sharing. If not that's fine. This site is like a second home to me and i know i've been a downer on this site lately with all the bad news with my daddy but everyone here cheers me up and makes me feel special. I'll be glad to try to cheer someone else up.

Well...this is his last year at school, so i dont think he'll be expelled but none of the teachers will want to teach him now, and he most probs wont get into Uni b/c of this.

why couldn't he get into Uni??
