What's everyone up to?

b/c the teachers won't put a good work on his application for him, after what he did, and he might not get in b/c none of the teachers at Uni might not want to teach him after knowing what he did.

I think thats stupid ... its a few pictures, suspend him or something but that shouldn't effect his future

he broke the law and took pictures of people without them knowing, so he betrayed the trust between a teacher and pupil. If they wanted to, they could press charges and he could go to prison for this.

Ugh! My internet is being a slow pain in the arse and it's taking it out on twitter! Honestly, I could have done without access to other networking sites but I seriously needed twitter today to discuss a book with a friend, but now I can't, which sucks. I'm going mental. I could text my friend but I'm running out of phone credit and she's not on skype today (the one time it wouldn't look so pathetic if we were on skype all day) Ugh, frustrated to the max!

Lol, the same thing happened to me a few weeks ago, I went from rarely using skype and only having a few friends (mainly my sisters) and then got about 10 over night and now I'm using skype every day.

So it's official. The rest of the internet world hates me today, I'll only be using skype and shadow bite today at this rate.

Lol so i'm the opposite of ya'll. I've become real detached from the internet. I just come on Shadow Bite everyday. And briefly scroll through facebook and even quicker check my email. I'm online for a half an hour- maybe an hour max. Lol. But i think its more i'm turning into a hermit. I wont talk on the phone and i barely text message anymore. If i'm not talking to you face to face ( with the exception of SB) then i just dont want to talk to u at all. Guess i'm in a mood and resentful to my friends since i had to go through all my issues with my daddy without them. I must admit though, i'm pretty happy when i finish doing things for my dad and errands and stuff to simply just watch my shows or read. Even the hubby's video games dont bother me much anymore.

I'm nearly always online because my closest friends all live far away from me, so I don't have the chance to see them face to face all that often. The internet keeps us in contact. I could call and text but I'm a bit stingy with my credit, I don't like wasting it on pointless text msgs and I can't keep a phone conversation going for long. In person, there's the chance for silences that don't effect the conversation...if there are silences on the phone it's freaking obvious that you've got nothing else to say to the person.

I just dont know what i would do without Shadow Bite. It's like my missing link. No one i know likes the stuff i like, watches the stuff i watch and most importantly reads the stuff i read. So i was always missing that connection and now i have it with Shadow Bite. <3

Lol I agree, which is why i dont talk on the phone. I used to text but i got bored of it. Its not so easy to text when i'm running around doing a million things and honestly i forget i received a messaged that i haven't responded too.lol. Which is the only reason i still use facebook. I can drop a line to friends here and there. As i'm getting older all my friends are moving away and we're going father apart. So its nice and convenient to have facebook. Not to mention the handy birthday reminders lol. I have such a terrible memory.

Same here. But I have managed to turn one of my best friends into a VA fan and now she's sloooowly starting to read other series that I've suggested to her.

Blah I feel like crap today. My head and eyes hurt. I can feel the sinus pressure and its awful. I just want to go back to bed but I can't, Mommyhood calls.

Everyone: Who remembers the good old Furby? Well...my grandparents found mine this weekend and it's alive again!! OMG...this was the best toy i ever had, and all thanks to one of my friends I've known since i was tiny!

Tasha: I know what you mean. Shadow Bite, for me at least, has become less about endlessly discussing VA and more about talking to you guys here. (Not that the VA talking doesn't appeal too). I've managed to develop friendship in Sydney with people who like the same books etc, but only after meeting them on sites like this. I know it seems strange to say your closest friends these days were met online, but when the friends I had in high school HATED reading, it sort of left us with nothing to talk about. You guys rock that way plenty of conversation topics.

Ela: My parents wouldn't let me have a Furby, they said they were too annoying...but I managed to get this imitation furby that only made the furby noises when you clicked a button...so slightly less annoying

I agree with you Kim. I'm closer to you guys than I am most people I know. Most people think it's weird but IDC. I'd rather have friends like you girls even if its through the internet than be friends with people I don't really have anything in common with or can't stand for that matter.
