| Well so far i just posted a vs fight between Morgana the Sorceress from the times of the Knights of the Round Table, against the likes of the Now-Infamous Zoey Redbird, in Gaia online. Wish me luck when someone brings in new materials for the thread. | |

| wilda.. yeah i think the best idea i can come up with is just to wait... if i keep thinking about it and trying to work my way around it ill go out of my mind.. sam.. i been on a situation similar... and the more you think about it the pain would be longer... the best medicine for that is ..TIME, DISTRACTION AND FRIENDS.. try to keep yourself up to something.... change your routine.. and try to find the good side of it ... | |

Thanks Tasha! The party was definitely amazing. I had heaps of fun! So tired right now. I think my mum was really proud of me, I actually had a few of her cocktails....not that drinking should be a particularly proud moment in a daughter's life, but since my sister and I have never been tempted by alcohol she likes knowing we try Lol, I'm totally jealous. We have the newest Alice in Wonderland, with Johnny Depp, on DVD...but not the disney animated one. Very disappointing. Hope you're doing alright. xox

| Kim- oh i forgot to wish u a happy birthday! Happy birthday. The party sounded like tons of fun. yay.
Sam- inventory sucks. I never had to do, but i watched others do it since i was younger. I used to go with my dad to pick up my sister from work. She worked at outlet dollar store. She had to do inventory and they couldn't leave until it was finished. SO i used to go inside the store ( my aunt was manager so she always let me in even though the store was closed) and help out by doing little kid things ( i was like 7 or 8 at the time) like holding the clipboard or holding the ladder. I almost got suckered into VOLUNTEERING to do inventory for the english supply department at my college but one of my professors warned me and i got out of it in time lol.

| Happy Late Birthday Kim. Sorry I wasn't on the 16th. Glad you had a great party. I was never much into drinking neither until recently now that I've found stuff I actually like.
Sam I feel your pain. I've done inventory for shoes before. And it SUCKS. Hope you had a better time counting yesterday lol
Tasha, how is your dad? Is he still in the hospital?
Ela, I wish i could help with the design but I'm not good at that stuff. GL with it!
Brissa, waiting sounds good to me. You don't want to do too much at once. Like you said, you'll go crazy.
I had a super long, stressful and emotional weekend. Found some news out and got srsly hurt and betrayed by a my hubby's nefew. We both were. It takes a lot for me to trust someone and once you lose that trust, it's almost impossible to get it back. I can either be a great friend to have or your worst enemy. And I don't reccommend the latter. My husband told him that he needed to talk to me b/c I'm the ONLY reason he still lives here. He told him that he didnt know what to say or how to even bring it up. The few times he saw me, he started to say something but then ran. WTF? I didn't know I was such a hard person to talk to. I know I can be scary sometimes but damn *sigh*
On a happier note one of my best friends came over Saturday night. We stayed up until 5:30am watching movies and talking. It was a lot of fun. but then my son got me up at 8:30am. So less than 3 hours of sleep. I was a bit of a grouch yesterday and the lack of sleep made me super emotional. I cried off and on which just made me angry with myself lol. But i feel a lot better today. Still tired but its not as bad as it was Sunday.
Anyways, I hope you all have a wonderful week!

| I don't have any kids but I was in private schooling all my life. It has its pros and cons. For me it was a bit too sheltering. once they start going out in the real world they might not be fully ready. I wasn't. And don't expect the kids to be better in private schools (speaking of middle and high) they are the same as Public maybe worse. But I would go take a tour of the school maybe shadow a student? | |

| I was never in Private school but I know people who were and I agree with Sam, the kids are too sheltered which can be both good and bad. And to be honest Private school doesn't neccessarily mean better schooling. Some give better schooling but most are there to get money. Do your research and go tour and look around. If you can afford it comfertably and it looks like a great school, then i say go for it, but if not, I would just choose a good public school. Both Private and Public has its pros and cons. When choosing one, just make sure the pros outweigh the cons. | |

| I really think it depends on the area and the school. I went to catholic school which is private school until 9th grade. 9th grade i went to a very small public high school. My public school experience was 100 times better than my private school.I really hated how sheltered private school was, but i must be clear my life wasn't sheltered and i really resented all the friends i had from school but their life was so easy and they were spoiled and had money. My family never had any of that stuff and i was surrounded by crazy drama and with my family and friends i was surrounded by the street life. I learned to be street smart from it. But there are some really great private schools that offer services catered to your child. You just have to make that decision of whats best for your child. I dont have kids but i prefer public school for children without special needs. Like my niece is a special needs child going to public school and its horrible. Its a special education classroom with 12 kids with 12 different disorders and one teacher and one teachers aid. ALL the kids dont get the schooling and attention they need. But public school is better for social aspects and real world learning things that can't be learned in a classroom. Which is becoming more important for children since they are being raised in the technology area u know what i mean? Private school is really sheltered and public school kick starts kids into being self sufficient. You really just have to figure out whats best and whats affordable too. Their are some great public schools. Just gotta do your research. | |
