Tasha: The key fairy returned all the missing keys...we found one (in a place we'd looked 3 times) right after I complained online about the key-fairy stealing them all...apparently the key-fairy listens when one is angry. ...dad tried to re-hide them so mum wouldn't realise he was the one who'd lost them in the first place. My mum found the other this morning (also in a place we'd already looked, but the point is we found them all)

Doing more uni work today. Hope everyone's well.

I just had the biggest computer related freak-out. I thought it had stuffed up and I panicked that I wouldn't be able to access essay-notes, so I scribbled furiously and hand wrote about 7/8 of my essay ... then I worked out there was nothing wrong with my computer, so I panicked for nothing.
On the plus side...I got almost all of my essay done.

Right now I am on someone elses network. The signal is poor but it's something. I knwo I'm risking being on it but I'll take the risk. Blah, I am SO bored! Not having my internet is driving me crazy. On the good side, Im reading more lol. Boredom is definitely a motivator in the reading department. Not to mention my house is a lot cleaner. but there is only so much cleaning at a time I can do before I go insane. Oh and I've been watching more movies too. I saw Kick ass the other night. It was really good. Not at all what I expected. I thought it would be the stupid funny movie about kids trying to be super heroes but no it was a real movie. I watched The Runaways too. it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I won't be watching it again but it helped pass the time.

What's everyone up too? I know it's only Wednesday (in the US) but what's everyone's plan for the weekend?

Tomorrow (Thursday), we've got Meet Your Teacher at Isabelle's school. 1st grade *sigh* We already know who her teacher is though. The same one she had last yr which is awesome. She's great. This weekend I'm going to take Isabelle and have a Mother/Daughter Shopping Day. I'm super excited for this. We rarely get to do anything just the two of us so it will be nice

It is sooooooooo peaceful and quiet sitting here at the library. The complete opposite of my rowdy home. I am really enjoying this time to myself. It's one of those things that hardly ever happens so I am eating it up

Aw, Wilda that sounds like heaps of fun. I love the idea of mothers & duaghters doing stuff together. It makes me happy.

It's a Beautiful thursday morning here today. We're going to have a really warm day today, which is fabulous! I love warm weather, especially since I've been wearing long pants for months. I might actually be able to get a dress or skirt out of the wardrobe today Going to have all the windows and doors open and may even go read in the sun for a bit too.
It's also my dog's 16th birthday She's so adorable, I love her.

Weekend plans: a bit of uni work, hanging out with one of my best friends friday night, and babysitting saturday night.

I've been busy with work. We have field trips in a row. Yesterday we went to a roller rink, today a gymnastics place, tomorrow a baseball game. I am just really tired. I feel like doing nothing but I want to read so I gonna finish up here and finish Infinite Days.

Wilda ~ Have fun. I always loved spnding days shopping with my mom. We would talk, get lunch and spend a lot of money. It's the perfect way to spend time together for a mom and daughter.

Lol wilda i know i've been quiet because my computer chair is broken and i'm stubborn. I hate the glare from sitting on the floor. No matter what i do, night, day, lights on, lights off, shades open, shades closed.. the glare is terrible. Oh well , I'll get a new chair soon-ish or learn to deal with it. that mother/daughter day sounds soooo cute.

today i went to my school. for the first time not for class or anything, just to hang and see a few friends. It was great. saw some old classmates. Helped a friend scam extra graduation tickets. Hacked into the school computers( they are doing this new thing, to use a computer you have to use ur student id and log in with a password- mine doesn't seem to work probably cause I'm up for graduation but i hacked in anyway and also learned they are charging for printing now. ) Then just hung out for hours with some friends. It was a nice relaxing day.

So, not only did i order books from Barnes and nobles last week, got an assortment of ten books mostly fiction novels, but i ordered from amazon yesterday and ordered the southern vampire/sookie stackhouse/ true blood series. I can't wait to re-read the series. And maybe actually keep track of what happens in what book. It's all a big blur for me lol.


Oh and it's my moms birthday friday. She is taking off of work. Not to happy about that. I love my mom and all but I'm having issues with her. She takes out her stress on us, the family, but mostly my dad and he's just not strong enough to handle it. I tried talking to her about it, but its like talking to a brick wall.

No idea what my plans are for the weekend but cool that your going to meet the teacher day at school Wilda, we don't have that here.

Wilda: Have fun on your Mother/Daughter day. My plans for this weekend are: Church Lock In, Hang out with Dilian and Davian among others, Chruch picnic. And go to Chruch. Not much else.

Becca: What are Chuch lock-in's like? I have no church experience, but I keep hearing about them recently and it's made my curious. Is it just like staying overnight in the church and doing activities etc.?

Tasha: Aw, thanks. We bought her these dog-treats that they're calling "Popcorn for Dogs" and she went crazy over them It was so cute watching her.

Kim: I've never been to a Church Lock In, but my School Lock In was were we stayed at the school all night and played games for like... Uhm.. The first five hours or so.... Maybe less than that... And then we had free time to do whatever.. I'm guessing the Church one works the same way except we tie God into it.

Cool! Well you'll have to tell me what it's like then I cannot imagine staying at my school overnight. We never did anything like that at high school.
