Chapter 20 up monday:)

Chapter 20
-Bam- My back flew into the wall the rest of my body following along. The hit hurt really bad i had worse though. My eyes went to the back of my head i fell out of conciousness for a minute. I recovered fast and darted up like it didn't even happen. "Im impressed you've improved alot in the last three weeks" Sheadon smiled. My stomach turned not in a romantic way in a resassuring feeling. No one had smile at me or appreciated me for doing something in so long...It felt so good. I returned his smile i had spent alot of time with Sheadon lately..The more and more i noticed he was more like Jeremiah it was hard to look at him at times the flashbacks hitting me. Sheadon new when they were coming something he would bring up or mention and just one look at my face and he knew. I felt bad it must be torture for him to have Train me to kill his "Brother" I was still getting used to that. It sent chills down my spine. "you just going to stand there?" I returned my focus to him. "Sorry.." You apologize way to much Lacey" My eyes lit up at his comment.

I'm going to teach you how to stake a vampire. Cool. i thought. Reading my expression it's not as easy as you think it takes lots of skill passions and luck his eyes changed colors. You've never stak.. ed a vampire? He laughed Yes, i have alot actually you got to start somewhere. He held up the stake showing the proper way to hold it. Your hand has to be in the middle of it make sure you have a firm grip on it if not you will drop it and be eaten." Never look your opponet in the eye you'll lose focus and surrender alwasy keep your eyes on there chest as soon as they flinch you jump in and go for the kill. He handed me the stake i held it the way he showed it

Now what? "Come get me"
Are you serious, you want me to "pretend" stake you?
I don't see anyone else here do you?
I rolled me eyes. "Whatever"

I looked him in the eyes. Ah, remember don't look me in the eyes. "Got it" I looked down at his chest he was very muscular i erased the thought. I charged coming so close it almost got him when he moved. I fell straight to the floor. "Damnit" i whispered.

"Again" I hopped back up brusing off my shoulders. I tried again and again. Failing each time a few hours went by. I was all sweaty. you can do it lacey one more time. My muscles were screaming at me to stop i hadn't worked out this hard well ever...I straightned up and looked straight down to his chest. Holding the stake in position. His body moved to the right i ran catching him off guard i crashed into him stake right by his heart, his eyes were wide. We fell to the floor. His eyes were wide with grattitude and impressed. We starred at each other for a few moments i didn't realize i was on top of him our hearts were beating at the same rate. Our faces were inches away. He moved a strand of hair from my face. He leaned in i didn't retrreat he lightly kissed my lips. It felt so good and bad at the same time my eyes darted up i sprang up from him. "Lacey..im sorry." Don't be i smiled i liked it.

That ending was really cute between Lacey and Sheadon! I hope there's even more like it

Chapter 21

The past few days had been anything but ordianiary my training had gotten somewhat better. I actually staked a dummy i call that success. The days got closer and closer and i got more and more nervous. What if when it finally came down to it i couldn't do it? Don't think like that. I thought. You will do it you'll be succesful. "Your here early." not needing to turn i knew who was there. Sheadon. I thought back to the kiss i didn't mean for that to happen things were different between us i could tell he was starting to fall for me. I couldn't return those feelings. Without facing him i said. "Yeah, i thought i needed some more practice" i continued to punch the punching bag. I could hear him moving closer he touch my arms. 'You need to lossen up, relax your shoulders. My shoulders loosened to his touch. his arms moved down to my hands. My body shivered with Deja Vu.

Your hands need to focus on the middle he moved my hand and pointed towards the middle of the bag. 'Now punch he whispered in my ear.' I punched hitting his jaw. He flinched. Sheadon! i threw the gloves of moving to his side. I'm sorry! He moved his hand from his chin there was no mark his chin was fine. You asshole! i punched him in the arm. 'That wasn't funny' He laughed, "lighten up Lacey it was a joke" I stiffened not smiling. His smile faded. Sorry..i didn't mean to. No it's fine. it's just it's really hard for me to laugh when..No i should've known better this is a hard time for you. How about we cancel practce today and you get some rest. No, i said if i rest it'll make it worse ill have more time to think about is besides the more practice i get the better. I grabbed his hand lifting him up. "alright let's practice then"
We continued are daily routine my running had improved over the weeks i think i actually had a chance at doing this. "whatever happened to Jordan?" My leg retreated missing the bag hitting the chair beside it. My leg burned but was gone in the next moment. I hadn't thought about Jordan at all in the mess. I didn't even know where he was he could be watching me. Lacey? "I..I don't know. the last time i saw him i was trying to escape from him in the woods. I never saw him after that."

Concern came over Sheadon's face he could be watching us, his eyes went dark we have to be careful he could be close Knowing it's you he's probally here right now. The hair on the back of my kneck went up. "Could be here right now" he could go back to Jeremiah and tell him everything and ruin any chance..No. "What?" Jeremiah said. No, I know Jordan he may a vampire and he may or may not be helping Jeremiah. But i do know that he would never put me in any danger. He cares about me to much" I looked to the side of the gym and back at sheadon. "I hope your right" he said

That was cool. I liked how Lacey punched Sheadon in the jaw, that was pretty funny. And the moment about Jordan at the end, can't wait to figure out what happens next!

Chapter 22 up tomorrow:)

My alarm went off. I looked at th time It was 5:30 the time I shouldmbe getting and ready for my training instead I threw sweats, and a sweater on, and out my nhair in a ponytail. I decided to take a run I needed sometime for myself it was freezing outside and winter was weeks away. I ran down the street i ran till my legs gave out.

I noticed something moving in the trees next to me. "hello" i shouted. Anyone there? Yeah I know in most movies when you yell out probally not the best idea but I have been training for weeks now and am notngonna run away. I shouted again. I saw thee figure move again. I went toward the trees. Something jumped imstepped back and breathed deeply it was only a cat. I felt relief when something hit me I fell tomthe ground. " I didn't think unwere dumb enough to go outside running w\o someone lacey" Jordan. My eyes widened it felt like i hadn't seen him in years. He looked the same.

He cocked hid head are you just gonna lay there ur gonna make this easy. The only thing I could manage to say was "jordan" he went to grab me when my senses came back I moved kicking his arms. He flinched and lookednat me in shock. " fine it's gonna be the hard way" he circled moving to punch
My arm i ducked punching him and kicking him in the shin and I ran and ran. I could feel him getting closer behind me "please god let me live, I'll be good." he was somclose I couldnfeel his scent I went toasted the forest and jumped over a log and hid. I heard him stop I held my breath in tears coming. I saw shoes right by me aftere a moment they were gone I waited till I couldn't hear him anymore. I got up and ran not wanting to stay and find out what or where he was going would find him again. I reached to my house I locked my door behind me I slid down to the floormi was shaking i started to cry. For the first time in my life I was scared.
