Debate: Harry Potter Series, Twilight, Vampire Academy, or House of Night. Which is better?

I love Harry Potter and VA so I can't decide which one I like the most out of them. I'm not keen on the Twilight books but love the films. Never read or heard of House of Nights.

I think House Of Night and Vampire academy are the best.

Is it really necessary for HoN to be more sexually tensed than V.A is, when HoN lacks badassery to make up for that?

I'm really tired of these love decagons. Seriously, having two love interests in books is sometimes too much for me. What's wrong with having just one person to focus on? JR Ward made an 8-book series (and continuing) out of that and it never gets old. More lovers does not equal better romance.

I do like VA , but Rose pisses me off beyond reson . I keep reading the books only because of Adrian and Christian . Not even Dimka . I love him when he was dhampir and I was madly in love when he became strigoi and now....blah...dhampir again...

I really like Rose. It's been a while since we last saw a strong female main character. Adrian and Christian are great, but Dimitri is my favorite. I adore him. But as a dhampir only. It wasn't him when he was Strigoi.

Ivashkov: Why does Rose piss you off?

I loved Dimitri when he was a dhampir, not so much as a Strigori. Adrian has to be my favorite character and I hope Rose doesn't break his heart.

I personally would love to see Rose and Adrian together. I don't care too much for Dimitri right now. Maybe that'll change with the upcoming book.

Even if I ignore my own preference for Dimitri, I still don't think Rose and Adrian should be together. I like Adrian and I think he deserves someone better, simply because for Rose he'll always be a replacement for Dimitri and I don't think that's fair. I'm hope he'll find his soul-mate in the spin-off.

He might actually in the next book. I see everyone's point for Rose not being good enough for him, but here's my take. She's who he wants, so in my eyes, she's good enough as long as he deems her so.
