| I am probably going to feel like such an idiot, for doing this, but if i don't, i'd never be able to get a net-troll's voice out of my head, so lets do this, then remind me to do the Cirque Du Freak Versus Vampire Academy Thread, if you can, since the Moroi are meant to share common grounds with the Vampire Mountain Vampires, to begin with[except the overall good looks, that is, or wielding Magic as a weapon!]or else it wouldn't be tugging my head as much, really. | |

| I would like to take part in that debate, but I haven't read enough Anita Blake books. I have only read one book, Guilty Pleasures. I fully intend to read more. | |

| That's why i was asking Gryffindor's Sword if he heard about the series, as well, because for all i know, i'd be hearing on Gaia Online,'Vampire Academy's cast is more tolerable than both twilight's and Anita Blake's cast, but they're still needlessy flawed!' or something like that.Thankfully, after Blood Promise came out, so far i heard none of the Crock and Bull about Vampire Academy being a twilight or Anita Blake Wannabe, especially the former, for that matter, since it managed to get so out of hand, that i'd plan to aid the Knights of Logic, in hopes of ending it!!! | |

| I don't see a similarity between Rose and Anita. Maybe I'm blind, I don't know. Anita's job is to re-animate dead people. She also works with the police to solve paranormal crimes. The vampire hunting thing is a hobby or sideline I guess. Rose's job is to PROTECT certain vampires. The lines are not as clear in VA as they are in AB.
The bottom line is Rose and Anita are different.
VA is not the same as Twilight, not even close! I really wish people would stop comparing.

| ^I agreed to that, Dancer, since the only thing i can find was when it comes to Rose's and Dimitri's dynamics and things like that with those two, but beyond that, Rose ends up getting increasingly tolerable in the novels, while in twilight, Bella gets downhill, a lot.
Otherwise, like i said before, Vampire Academy reads like Cirque Du Freak + Gemma Doyle, in a way, except Vampire Academy doesn't exactly take place in the Victorian Era, either, at least not per se.
