Abe himself wouldn't kill the queen, that'd be stupid, i think he told one of his connections to do it, and someone (close to rose) saw the queen once she was murdered so then thought to frame rose and put the stake in the queens heart because whoever that is hates rose, so now Abe is trying to save rose from her terrible fate and fix his mistake.

That is a very stange idea....but i guess it might be possible..........

I have to say I just got done but have been avoiding the last 5 chapters for weeks knowing that it was going to end with a bang and knew where we were getting left....on a WTF cliff hanger .

I have to say I have read most of the responses and there are some VERY interesting theories. When I was done SB all I could thinks is I need family trees and who is what. I want to go back and read them all. I want to outline the tarot card readings. It is all soo freaking crazy. I mean who wants to read a story and take notes...but there are sooo many possibilities.

I just don't know what to think my head is still reeling....

1. who is the sibiling?
   
2. what time did Adrian really show?..how long before trial?
   
3. how long before we know what Abe and how Abe is going to fix this?
   
4. Could it of been Rose's mom?
   
5. WHERE IS SHE her mom that is? my questions go on and on and on......
   
6. Is the sibling Moroi or Dhampir? It could be either right?
   
7. Could the change be a royal court of both Dhampir and Moroi? The questions go on and on....
   
8. And also is the spin-off a totally different world or still with some of whom we got use to?
   
9. All we know is it isn't from Rose's point of view and her story?....doesn't mean she couldn't be a side story as others were to her?....OMG.....This series is the BEST of this gener.

I can only answer a bit about the spin-off Rose will appear in the spin-off but only as a minor character. Sydney is going to be one of the main characters and we'll see some other characters from VA as well. It'll be written in the third person POV.

Interesting. I just have never exprienced this strong desire to sort of create cliff notes to see if I can piece together who is the half sibling to Lisa

And also who is a likey suspect to the murder of the queen

And amazed that the author stirred this desire in less than 3 chapters.

Well, most of us are totally convinced that Jill is the half-sibling and it has to be a Moroi cos the bar-tender in Vegas said that Eric Dragomir had an interest in the Moroi dancers and so it shows that he was having an affair with a Moroi. Rose's mother would be working as a guardian and probs have difficulty getting away and finding a flight there, but no way would her own mother frame her for something like this. Tasha is our main suspect at the moment but some facts point us away from her like, she asked for Rose as a guardian and she willingly gave them her silver jewellery to borrow without asking why and when she'd get them back.

I see the Jill connection. Just seems boring.

And I just wonder where her mother is.

And Tasha I have a hard time with that. I am not sure why. She just seems too close to Rose.

Victor seems too easy and well how could he.

Then there is Ambrose.

And man the list could go on and on

We don't know why Jill was introduced to us in the books and her mother is with her when she's at home and is in Dallas or somewhere which is where they live and is a dance teacher so her story of that kind of fits. Jill could also have a vital role in LS which will be a surprise for us. Victor, no way he could be able to get near the Queen, or into court for that matter and I don't think Ambrose killed her. He loved her but I think he's possibly the thief of the file on Eric D.

Yeah, i belive it's Jill souly based on the few facts that...

1. her mom is a dancer
2. She's a moroi
3. Jill and Lissa both have the same color eyes
4. the back accout was for a Jane doe. (Which yes could pertain to either mother or child.)

Reasons why i dont think it was Victor....

1. he couldn't of gotten past every Gaurdian
2. how the heck would he get Roses stake? (IT's not like he could just walk in her room and take it.)
3. he may be evil, but i dont think he's cacpble of it.
4. there are many more but it's getting late and i dont feel like typing them.

Reasons why i dont think it's Ambrose....

1. he LOVED her
2. he wasn't mad at her (knew she had a good reason for the age law)
3. is friends with Rose...(kinda)
4. he was her LOVER
5. he was probably high from a bite when it happened.

Reasons why it cant be any guy.....

1. no guy hates Rose that much. (Besides Nathen *the vamp* but this happened in the day)
2. i believe the tarot cards said or hinted to the fact this person would be female (Could be wrong)
3. (tarot) she really trusts/looks up to this person
4. she has no guy she looks up to in such a manor discribed by Rhonda the card lady. (Besides maybe Dimitri but he's been under gaurd.)

....idea. yes I'm still firmly a bleiver that TASHA did this. but another option....there was mention of the gilr in the room next to Rose....we dont know her....at all.



oh and someone said they dont think it's Tasha cause she put in for Rose as a gaurdian. well, that's just the perfect cover. isn't it? if Tasha really cared for Rose, tell me why she wasn't present at Roses Hearing?....everyone else was. Hell Rose's dad even showed.

I completely agree with you. And I also thought of that girl in the room next to Rose. I don't think it's likely that she had anything to do with it, but who knows? But there was probably a reason why she appeared in the book.
Tasha putting in for Rose as a guardian was either a cover or maybe she didn't plan on the whole thing at the time. Maybe she found out about Rose and Dimitri after Dimitri was turned back and just then had a motive to want to harm Rose. The only problem I see with Tasha being the killer is that we don't know how would she be able to get to Tatiana with all those guardians around.

But we don't know where she is in the last bit of the book, so she could be anywhere. She could be taken prisoner, killed, or ran away cos she IS the killer. We'll just have to wait for the truth and the facts once LS is in the shops and we're able to read it to find out.

I think SB was my fav book from the series. It was great and it leaves many questions to be answered...

I'm just done reading spirit bound, my first thought: WOW!! I'm still trying to figure out what I think about the book but I wanted to write my thoughts down.
The Dimitri thing, well I saw it comming she would find a way to bring him back, but not that he would hurt her so bad. That sentence Love fades, mine did was so cruel! I really felt for Rose, it almost made me cry reading that. And then the murder, my first instinct was Victor but after reading the part about the letter Rose got I'm not so sure it's him. I'm thinking maybe the unkown half brother/sister is the one who did it, I don't know why and who he/she is but it's just a feeling. Maybe after a goodnight sleep I will think of someone else. But right now that's what I'm thinking.
Anyway this is the best book in de series so far I can't wait for the last sacrifice to come out!

That's what I initially thought too but I have a feeling Richelle Mead is planning on making Lissa's half-sibling one of the main characters in the spin-off series. It would be a lot harder to feature the character in all the books of the spin-off series if he or she is dead or in prison for the Queen's murder. So my guess is Tatiana's killer and Lissa's last remaining sibling are two different people.

I didn't even think about that, and now I'm thinking about it why would he/she frame Rose? So it's probably someone else, but who? I can't wait for the next book I need to know!
