I know, me too. Especially when it comes to Sirius. I even cried when I was rereading Deathly Hallows and I came to the part when Bill and Fleur are getting married and Fred says: When I get married I won't bother with all this nonsense.

| Not trying to be rude or mean, but there are some people who haven't read Deathly Hallows yet. Could we maybe use spoilers. HP7 spoiler - Spoiler:
I balled my eyes out with all the deaths-hedwig, Mad Eye, Dobby, Fred (i think it's fred), Lupin and Tonks Hell I cried most of the book. When Rob left, harry thinking about Ginny, the graves, finding the truth out about Snape, Harry going to meet Voldemort, all fo it. lol I was an emotional wreck during Deathly Hallows. I better take lots of tissue with me to see the movies.
Ok so I finally started reading Wake. It's um wrote different. It's kinda like a journal someone writes about the main character. it's all December 28th, 12:40pm. then says what happened. It's kind of interesting but it's weird. It'll be interesting to see how they make it into a movie. Miley MIGHT be able to pull Janie off. Maybe...probably not lol

Me too. I hope I'll be able to contain myself a bit better with the movie or else I'll be crying all the time.

I finished Wake last night. As weird as it was I actually liked it. I'm just not a fan of her writing style. Hell, I could write a book like that and I'm not a good writer. The ending wasn't too bad. I'm gonna start reading the secdon book in the series-Fade today.

| I actually did cry when people died. I mean I expected it, but it was still sad. I'm just an over sensitive emotional girl though I finished reading Fade (wake series 2) about an hour ago. I read it in 4 hrs. It was much better than the first book although the writing style still bugs me. I'll read the 3rd book Gone sometime tomorrow. | |

| LOL. I cry like a newborn baby when characters in a book dies. In the movie- not so much. Just get a little misty. Unless I'm in one of moods. Then it's cry fest. Lol | |

| I cry in books all the time. With HP books especially, I couldn't look at the cover of "Order of the Pheonix" for weeks after I finished it without bawling...not even just a few escaped tears, I mean serious crying...I've always been sort of attached to the Marauders, so almost anything sad involving them made me cry. I still cry when watching the 5th HP movie too... So yes Chris, I cry in books | |

Me too. It's my favorite of the books, and also of the movies. But it's been years since I've read any HP. I should try to read through the whole series this year. Quite the task with so many other books on my plate already. Currently I'm in the middle of Catching Fire. I need to get into the zone for when Mockingjay releases.

Yes It happens to me a lot when I grow close to the characters and the author kills them off... I can't help it. The ending of Shadow Kiss made me cry, too.

Even when a character is already dead in a series and they're mentioned again after it's happened. And if I reread a book, I'll probably still cry at all of the same parts.

| I finished Linger a couple days ago. It was good. I think I like Shiver better, but it was still a good book.
Now I'm reading Infinite Days by Rebecca Maizel. It's kind of strange but St. Martin's Press sent me this book a few weeks ago and I didn't order it but they didn't charge me for it. So I finally got around to reading it.
