Liam I still this is ok. I haven't seen Last Song, so I can't judge from that. (I avoided it because of Mylie Cyrus) But I think his height is a good thing. Gale is supposed to be pretty tall, so it can't hurt for him to be a giant Just checked out Josh's profile on IMDB. He's all grown up from his BoT days. I thought he looked familar when I read the newslink. Both boys are younger than me. Teen flicks are not going to be the same for me anymore.

I feel odd crushing on actors younger than me :p

| That looks really good Ash! I think Josh looks cuter as a blonde...I'm still not 100% sold on him being Peeta, but my open mind is liking the blonde thing. | |

| I am not at all happy about the casting so far. I feel liek they are going to really screw this movie up. But I will give it a shot. Hopefully I am proved wrong. | |

| I'm ok with them because Suzanne Collins was in on the casting, so she approves of them so they've got to have something going for them. | |

| OMG the girl they cast as Rue is GORGEOUS!!! She is seriously such a beautiful young girl. lol I haven't seen anything she's been in, but I have high hopes for her. I'm glad they didn't go with someone more known like Willow Smith (though I have nothing against her because she's a fantastic actress). So far I'm happy with this girl as Rue. They've also cast Thresh. The actor's name is Dayo Okeniyi. I don't think he's been in much. http://insidemovies.ew.com/2011/04/18/hunger-games-thresh-rue/ | |

| Yeah, Rue does look perfect, she is pretty cute. And I think the guy for Thresh looks tough too. I guess we can't say more than that until we see them all dressed up in 'character' mode. | |

And I hear Elizabeth Banks may be playing Effie? Not sure if she's in or not. The only thing that could be a problem would be the age issue, because since i haven't seen her in an act, yet, i can't make much of a gauge to make a full comment, yet. As for the guy playing Marvel, that actually makes sense.

| Lol, nice one Wilda!
She seems ok, once she's done up and all fancy she'll look the part more. I want them to cast Haymitch already!

| lmao People on facebook are having aneurisms over Willow Shields's appearance saying that people shouldn't criticize about her UNIBROW. However, she's an actress. It comes with the territory in my opinion. I'd say the same even if she were a guy. And if she's going to be Prim... the BROW has gotta go. Agreed Kim!! | |

| I agree. Besides I've seen girls younger than her getting their eyebrows watched. Like you said, it comes with the territory. If you wanna be an actor, you gotta stay groomed. | |

| http://www.imdb.com/media/rm4018649088/nm3094377HOLY BROW!!! lmao It's just too much fun at this point. You know, she kinda reminds me of AnnaSophia Robb. I think it's the eyes. I really think they did an awesome job casting Rue. She's my favorite of the cast so far. I wonder who they'll pick for Cinna? It kinda pisses me off how Cinna comes up ONE time in Mockingjay and then never again. I wish we'd gotten a bit more about what happened to him, considering how close Katniss was with him. Anybody in particular you guys would like to see as Cinna? | |
