Yah, I agree that Gaspard might have troubles playing an american, but I think he looks the part. He looks younger than he is, and actors play people younger than them all the time.

I like the idea of Mick St. John for Dimitri, but agree that he's too old.

What do you guys think of the female actors that I posted? I think some of them would make a good Rose. (Or Mia/Lissa as the case may be.)

Yes, I know he's not an actor, but I just saw him on tv, and thought, OMG, it looks like Dimitri. Just older.

I mean, actors are in roles that are younger than they actually are all the time. In fact, its pretty rare to get actors who are the same age ass their characters, isn't it?

Yah, he does look pretty goofy. But he couldn't play Dimitri anyways, because he's not an actor. He's a real-estate agent/ Contestant on the last season of The Next Food Network Star.

Your Food Network guy is not only too old, but that hair looks like receding hairline. Plus, I think his nose is too big. I just don't like him. My Dimitri is young and hot, and intense. That guy has no intensity about him.

Yeah...I know Dimitri's hair isn't short, I was just saying...he can look younger sometimes. And it's true that it's rare for actors to be the same age as their character.

I really like him though..if only he was younger, I think he'd be good. He has enough acting experience to play Dimitri, imo -- that's the main reason why I think he'd be good.

I so love orlando bloom and he is sexy and hot. though he is a bit old he definitely can pull off a younger look. I wouldn't mind him, that is if the movie was made soon, in a few more years I don't think he would be able to pull it off.

Somehow, I just can't see Orlando Bloom as Dimitri! I don't know why. I'm sure he'd be perfect. I just can't picture it.

i also like this guy for christian he's got the dark hair and perfect eyes. robert adamson he plays on the tv show lincoln heights. he's got that angelic look yet can be really fierce and scary when he wants to be. I think he is cute and a really good actor. He's done a lot of movies as well so pretty versatile. SO I also want to nominate him for christian.
