Becca-Glad your grandfather has years, i hope he has many many more years. I know people the docs told they have a few months to live, and its been 5 or 6 years and their still going strong. SO try not to let the docs timeline get you down. IF your gramps is a fighter, then my faith is in him :-)

I stood home from visiting my dad today. My mom went... I spent most of the day cleanings and i didnt even get to the laundry. Then i was helping my mother and i stilll have a million things to do. I need a day off from my dad off. lol.

Tasha: Yeah, i've been a bit quiet, been busy with exams and stuff but i finished them now...but i wont be on from wednesday until at least saturday morning as i am away in scotland with my mother. i am going back to school tomorrow as well, but i will try and post a bit more...its just hard to know what to reply to sometimes. i hope everything is getting a bit better for you

Everyone - It has been pretty busy lately! I got back from St Marys on Sunday morning. It was great fun, its weird not seeing boys around there, but they did go on about the Socials and how there's plenty of boys to chose from there? I don't know what I was expecting, but other people were telling me theyd be bitches, so I was glad when I met them I knew them for like a minute and the people I was dormed with already started telling me everything, it was very welcoming
Anyway, I went straight from St Marys to the Trooping the Colours. Which was lovely as usual Then my mother took me to the Royal Ascot horse racing and we had a good day out, like bonding sort of

I'm okay. I go see my dad everyday. It takes a lot out of me though its like a 2 hour commute, plus the running around for him( he wants candy, he wants good, he wants beverages but i have to go see him and ask his nurses if he can hhave it, sometimes he cant eat or drink cause of testing so he has be running all over the hospital all day lol) Now they are saying they want to keep him in the hospital and see if they can operate on his heart next week. I have my fingers crossed his brain recovered enough for that. It's tough you know, seeing him so ill physically and mentally. ANd its tough cause we have reality to face too.. having a tough go financially as well. My mother just applied for a loan on the house cause all the cash goes straight to paying the bills and it doesn't cover everything. Credit cards are almost maxed out as well. My whole family is just stressed, worried and worn out. ANd my fiancee started his double dose of chemo last night. So emotions are riding high on that too. But, im happy and grateful my dad and my fiancee are alive and everything else.. it can get figured out as we go. :-)

Hating one boy in particular will be no problem for me. Anyone remember dominos?
