Morning all! i'm so tired for some reason and I haven't started memorizing my play i have to perform nor have me and my partner practiced our scene. o__O

becca- no problem love. I dont mean to be pushy, i just want to make sure you are aware of your options. I've seen so many people suffer ( including myself) because they weren't aware of all their options or they had misconceptions. I, for one, support alternative methods, and not being on medication. However, i've seen many friends and loved ones go through so much suffer and resist getting help and when they finally did, they resented themselves for being so hesitant and waiting so long. I worked through my issues ( sexual assault) without a shrink but I had mentors , older adults , my highschool teachers and i channeled everything into activism and creative writing. I'm sure you can find someone and something to help you even they aren't a doctor or a shrink.



and Sam you have a lot of control, i remember one year i celebrated my bday the whole month. lol

Chloe- :-) Always so happy to hear from ya, hope ur well! ANd sorry Greg moved away but with technology these days and vacations and stuff maybe it wont be so bad... My hubby skype's every night with his family in Texas, it helps them alot. I know personally i cant stand webcam chats, i feel so awkward staring at the laptop lol

Tania- ooo school issued laptop? Nice, I only used a school laptop once and it was so cool. Until recently I've never owned a laptop and technically this laptop is the hubby's and the PC is exclusively mine but i told him the hell with that. I can log onto SB and FB without getting outta bed? Yup definitely my laptop too lol. Plus it's part of the relationship deal, we share everything. Though i joke with him all the time by saying this "Whats yours is mine and whats mine is mine" ...lol i'm terrible sharer lol.


Rhia - What are the PSSA's? Glad there over for you though. Hope u are well


Sam- Happy early birthday love! I may not get on tomorrow. So i wanted to be sure to tell you happy birthday. I hope you have a wonderful fun day but be safe. If your planning on drinking, and its ur first time drinking please be careful. And some tips to avoid a hangover, make sure you ate a few hours before ur first drink. My dad says a bowl of ice cream helps coat your stomach to ease irritation . But i personally follow the eating bready things for dinner and drinking a full glass of water before i drink. And in the middle of drinking i take a break to drink a glass of water. Not to sober up or anything. The point it to stay hydrated . And when i come home I drink a full glass of water again and leave a cup by my bed and after afew hours of sleeping wake up and drink it. It's basically flushing your system and staying hydrated but all my times of drinking it works for me ...i rarely get a hangover.



Everyone, my dad starts his treatment tomorrow. So i may or may not be able to get on. The actually treatment only takes a half hour or so but we have to commute there and home and We dont know how sick it will make dad or how he will react to it. So we dont know what to expect. But i'll be sure to let everyone know everything is okay. The hubby starts his treatment Sunday. So it's going to be an anxious couple of days. Sigh.

Tasha, thank you for the advice I have drank before.. I heard water helps to avoid hangovers and Thank you for the birthday wishes *huggles*

Hahaha.. I bought 2 bottles of wine - a red black berry and a white strawberry ... Raspberry Rum... Vodka....and Godiva white chocolate liqure (which I took a sip of just now.. its awesome)

Everyone, so my dad had his first treatment today. We were both a little frustrated and angry. his doctor specifically told us he would only be receiving treatment for a half hour through iv. we show up and we're told its over two hours long. We were there at 10am and didn't walk out the facility until 2 in the afternoon. I was furious the doc didn't tell us upfront. he was there and he knew we would be mad he avoided us and wen he coulnd't avoid us anymore he just looked at me and my dad and i said at the same time, two hours?! And he mumbled something and walked away and then came back later like nothing . Chicken.

WE could have better prepared ourselves ( dressed more comfortable, my dad was cold i would of brought his fluffy robe). Beverages. I would of packed my dad's lunch box with beverages and snacks for him. They do have a water fountain and a coffee machine. But my dad doesnt even drink coffee. So I was angry about that. Also, they actually had cable there. But the tvs are so high up all you see is glare. So my dad was bored the whole time. I wasn't bored though. I got some reading done. Got to read a few chapters of my books. Lol.

They told us if my dad has side affects it will occur within the next few days so now the anxious part start...

Sam glad u had a great birthday! A nook color? Score! Originally, that was what i wanted...but i wasn't going to pay for a ebook reader. But my brother ended up buying me the kindle for Christmas and I love my kindle. Let me know how the nook is. My main question is does it have a backlight? Thats the one draw back from the kindle..it has no light so at night time I have to clip a book light onto the kindle. :-(

And hope the headache went away. Drink something with electrolytes like Gatorade or water vitamin . U can take aspirin to help drinking headaches, the best one is the aspirin that also has caffeine in it. how u feel better


Wilda- Aw shucks. Imma miss ya . Its a good time to be away though cause I may be busy myself . getting adjusted to the hubby's schedule since he starts treatments Sunday. So far, my dad hasn't had side affects from his treatment but they told us it could take up til 2 day for them exhibit. But I'm hopeful and he's hopeful. I hope u and ur son feel better and you dont have to do the drive all sicky. Hope u have tons of fun!

Everyone- Hello everyone. I'm annoyed this morning because I opened up my fruits and picked selected pieces and put it in my fruit bowl, to have for breakfast. I get upstairs to my room all excited for my fruit, and i bit into a piece and it taste weird. I think they went bad. I just bough em Tuesday though. So i was angry about that. I've been having terrible luck with food lately. I'm about to go on a fast or something, I'm so annoyed with food.Lol

Wilda ill miss you while you are away... And Tash im sorry about the fruit I hte when that happens . Ill defently let you know how the nook is
