Becca- no worries about the asthma. I have a friend who has severe asthma since she was a kid and she is a runner. She ran track in high school. I think u'll adjust just fine.

Tati-I'm okay. I posted in a different thread somewhere that i'm going to M.i.a. for a while. My dad is in the hospital again for a few weeks, so i'm just going to be spending my days going to visit him. BUt there is a snow storm coming so that is going to prevent me from going to see my dad :-(. But i log on every morning and peek around while i drink my tea. So even if i don't post i come on shadow bite every day.

Tasha: I'm sorry to hear about your dad I hope he gets better. We "had" a little snow fall two days ago. Not much happens with me over here in Texas. But it's like....20 degrees! And my fingers are freezing! Oh, I sliced my thumb with a razor on accident, it hurt.

Oh man I'm already feeling sore. I just got done working out about 20 mins ago and now that I've sat still since, my legs are stiffening up. Blah.

Wilda: A way to prevent cramping is to stretch after you work out and do a slow paced run before you stretch. I'm pretty sure I'll adjust, it hasn't been that bad but it still flares up a lot.

Okay, so. There's this guy at school that I really...care about-ever since last year. And he keeps leaving me, flirting with other girls, and sometimes ignoring me. I don't know what to do...it's been this way for about 15 months. Even so, he keeps coming back to me, apologizing; and in the end...I forgive him. Any advice on what to do to help me or help cope when I see him around other girls?

Tania: I know how you feel on this, but honestly having gone through it, I suggest you move on. I may sound cold right now, but I've been there. Except the guy was a complete jerk and played around with my feelings and everyone told me but I was too blind to see it. In the end, I didn't realize what had happened until a year after and it was too late to do anything. It really messed me up. I've never been the same since and I'm still struggling to get out of my depression two years later. In the long run love, it would be best to not waste anymore time on him. I'm sorry if I sound cold hearted, but I don't want you going down the road I did. Granted I never would've found my boyfriend Davian, but I still don't want you going through what I did. It wasn't pretty. Ask some of the girls on here, they've been through the aftermath with me from the moment I've been on here. And never be scared to come to us about anything, Tania. We'll do our best to help you. And a word of warning, we are ABSOLUTE crazy and weird people, and I tend to be a bit blunt at times so if I offend you I'm sorry. One more thing, never be afraid to ask me a question, if you want to know something about me or want to tell me something, go for it. Thanks Becca, I'll keep that in mind. Thing is, the guy I care about is on a road that gives him two turning points (guys and girls), and he's confused often. But I don't know if him telling me he's scared of love the truth, or a lie. I'm only 15 and already this place is like Hell...I don't know anything anymore, except that I...I love him...and it hurts... </3

Tania: I know how it is love. You have to stay strong. If he really loved you like he claimed, he would figure out who he wants to be with. The truth is, I'm scared of love too, but I'm scared of something more. I have severe abandonment issues, meaning I'm scared that everyone in my life is going to pick up and leave me. A lot of those are irrational, like with Davian. I'm only 15 as well, but I know full well that I love him and that he loves me. I know we would travel to the end of the earth and back for each other if one of us asked the other. What you're telling me about, it sounds a lot like what I went through. All i ask is that you ask him what he wants, if he doesn't know, then darling maybe you need to remove yourself from the situation to prevent farther harm from yourself. Let him know that when he decides what he wants, to let you know, but don't sit back and wait for him.I'm asking you not to put yourself through this, please. I don't want you making the same choice I did, because no girl should ever have to go through what I did.

Becca: Hah...funny thing is, that's the answer he gives me "idk." Over and over again, he doesn't know. Last night when I went to bed after sending him a message that I...that I couldn't bear losing pieces of my heart and soul to him, when he doesn't give anything back; my chest ached, I felt cold and empty, and I cried until I finally passed out at 3 this morning. He takes and takes, and the one thing I want from him is his love, but...he doesn't give it. He said "forever...no matter what" he said "he won't leave her, no matter what or who tries to break them apart" (we were speaking in third person in that last quote), but that's just it. He says all that, but he never put his words into action. He doesn't act on it...and it hurts so, so much. I've cried so much, now, I can't even shed tears; all that happens is my vision gets blurry and its difficult to say something. It's weird...no matter how much pain I'm in, no matter how much I wanna break down...I always smile and laugh until I'm in my room and comforting myself with music and the fantasies of my books. I take some time to mourn, letting things out, until I feel better and don't have to put up a happy front. A few days will pass, sometimes only one day will pass, and I'll be the happy and bubbly hawaiian-asian girl again. But that doesn't mean I don't feel the throbbing pain of loss and heart break, twisting and contorting itself in my chest. Thank you for your advice, Becca. It helps a little ^_^

I'm glad it helps but Tania, please listen to what I'm about to say. I want you to take this into severe consideration. No guy is worth tears and pain if he never gives you his love. I cried over this guy who hurt me plenty of times, and he wasn't worth the pain or tears. If he doesn't know what he wants and all he does is take from you then he obviously doesn't know what he has. I don't know you well but you seem like an amazing girl that ANY guy would be lucky to have and most would see you for who you are, and would cherish you and realize how lucky they were. The only time a guy would be worth the pain and tears, is when you love him AND he loves you back... Please don't do what I did and chose him over you. You're more important.

*sighs* I honestly don't know if he is worth it, but there's just this...feeling inside me that's telling me to keep him near, y'know? We've talked about the future before, and he's said he hopes we're...sorta together or close to each other after high school. Honestly, I want that too. I "want" him, "need" him, and "love" him. But that just hurts me. The yearning hasn't gone away, but the pain just got a little unstable and unbearable.....

Honey, if you don't know if he's worth it or not, then he's obviously not. I think that feeling is just something that's afraid of change and losing someone who you've held close for so long. I understand that feeling but you have to do what's best for you. If you don't like feeling this way then take a step for yourself love. It's the only way to stop it. In the end everything will be ok, and if it's not ok, it's not the end.

I've tried to let him go before. I went out with another guy...Conner...and well...he broke up with me...I let Conner into my heart and forgot about him. But in letting Conner in, I got hurt worse. I wasn't used to another type of hurt. Then came Donovan, and I got hurt again, but it was worse than Conner. I'm only used to him...no one else...and I don't want anyone else... Right now...there's only him......

The reason I was sore and stiff is cause I hadn't worked out in a while. I pushed myself until I was dizzy (I didn't eat breakfast which was a really stupid thing to do). But b/c my muscles haven't been used like that in a while sitting down right after and not moving for a bit caused them to get stiff. I woke up this morning with my thighs and butt a little sore.

Tania, I read through everything between you and Becca about that guy you were telling me about. I agree with Becca but I also know from experience that you won't ever move on until your ready. I stayed hung on the same guy for 2 yrs before I started dating my hubby and finally was able to let go and move on. It takes time to heal but in order to heal, you have to move on but like I said, you aren't going to move on until you are ready. I hope things get better where you can move on. You deserve to be happy and to have someone who can give you and answer rather than idk.

I'm really not ready to move on. I've tried before, and it hasn't worked. My feelings for him aren't going away and they haven't in the past. We've even talked about our future. He told me he wouldn't mind if we were together in the future. We even talked about kids.....heh, we even agreed if we had a guy, we'd name him Shane, and if it was a girl, we'd name he Diana. As in, the "goddess of the moon," Diana.....kinda weird, huh? *smiles weakly* But I am, and I'm not afraid to admit it.

Tania: Love hurts trust me i'm only 15 but i've had my share of heart breaks and they're not fun but the worst thing about it for me is that.....half the guys who ended up breaking up with me were only with me because i'm pretty and nothing else. and that probably hurt the most for me

So far, you're amazing, caring, happy and out-going; any guy should be grateful to have you, and treat you with the utmost care

Tania and Wilda: I truly an ut-mostly believe you two and i truly wish that the boys i knew and know now could see that but a lot of guys don't like me because i'm a bookworm and i paint landscapes and i'm not into shopping like every day and would nather watch snow fall then talk to people so for me love is tough and it's hard to get close to people when you take things seriously and you're as likely to laugh as to cry so i'm not all to found of boys or dating when it really comes down to it
