Just got back from Paranormal Activity 2. It was SCARY. Yeah, the first one was kinda spooky I guess. A few thumps here, some possession there. No. PA2 was a million times freakier. Good story, good characters, scary-as-hell scares.

Oh yeah, and just because it's daytime don't mean it's safe. Remember that if/when you watch it.

I saw Paranormal one and it didn't scare me at all. I saw it at home, at night. I was sitting on my bed the whole time waiting to be scared. The few scary parts i was like YES i'm going to be scared. But i wasn't BUt from the previews of part two, i know i'll be a little more on edge because of the baby. Right there it pulls at my heart strings. And i seen a doggy in the preview too. I'll be freaking out for the child and the doggy more than anything. Lol.

I saw the first one and there was only 1 part that got me which was the very end when she throws his body at the camera. Yes I am aware that there are 2 endings and that was the ending I saw. Brandon saw the other ending so that one threw him off guard and he almost made a whole into my bedroom which is right behind where the couch is at. I screamed and jumped b/c I wasn't expecting it. Anything ghost related freaks me out cause I swear we have one here. And my hubby finally saw it walk by our bedroom door the other night so now i'm spooked beyond hell. I always rubbed it off as I was jsut paranoid and was seeing things but now Its hard to think its nothing. IDK if I'll see number 2 cause of the baby. The previews along make me squeak a little lol

Watched How To Train Your Dragon (freakin awesome!) and the new Karate Kid. It was actually pretty good. I didn't think I would like it and got it only cause my daughter wanted to see it but I enjoyed it. Will's kid is a miniature Will Smith and following in his daddy's footsteps.

My favorite movie in the entire world. *love*

I'm even watching it right now. lol I can watch HTTYD over and over and never get tired of it. It was especially awesome watching it in 3D in the theater. I definitely can't wait for the sequel. Yes, there will be another. Very Happy

Some of my favorite parts are the flying parts (particularly the one where Hiccup finally learns how to ride Toothless properly and figures out the foot pedal without using the cheat sheet). They're doubly awesome because I really love the soundtrack as well. I also like when Tuffnut and Snotlout (yes I know all the characters' names Razz) are ready to battle the two-headed zippleback and they mistake Ruffnut and Astrid for the dragon and throw water on them. Tuffnut says "Your butts are getting bigger. We thought you were a dragon!" and then he laughs. lol The way he laughs is so funny!! It makes me laugh every time. Razz

lol wow thats awesome that you know the movie by heart. And there is going to be a sequel? Thats freakin awesome! Can't wait.

We watched Toy Story 3 last night. it was really good. They have done a great job with the Toy Story movies. Is it sad that i got choked up at the ending? lol

We also watched Get Him To Greek. It was kinda boring at first but then it got pretty funny.

Oh and a movie called The Experiment. It was about a group of men who go into a prison for an experiment, a handful are made guards while the rest are the prisoners. It really messes with these guys heads. It was actually pretty good.

You know i saw Vampires Suck the other day. Without spoilers, the first five minutes, I was on the floor dying laughing. Then the movie kind of dragged with a chuckle here and there. A few , rare, funny moments that had be laughing at loud- but not much. What really disappointed me was the stuff we saw in the previews, weren't as funny as the previews led them to be. But, it was a good spoof movie, I liked it. Some other people found it absolutely hilarious. I just found it okay with a few hardcore funny moments.

I only liked it because Matt Lanter was in it.

I find it hilarious that the girl who played Kristen Stewart playing Bella Swan was a much better actor at playing KS than KS herself.

My sister saw it and said that only the scenes that were on the trailer were actually funny. So I guess I won't see it, since I've seen the trailer a gazillion times... Razz

That.Is.Shocking!!!! *would start another T.I.S remix, but then realizes its a bad idea, right now*

So where do we start with how they managed to point out the issues pervading today's Vamp-Sub-Genre?

Just watched The Last Airbender. It was SO good. I definitely see 2 more movies if they decide to go for it. They still have Earth and Fire to do.

Watched Disney's A Christmas Carol last night. It was good. Not the best but good.

OK gonna go watch Predators now.

I seen that movie Skyline at the movies last weekend. It was good. Not what i expected it to be. I didn't really want to go see it but everyone else did. And i was the only one who left the movies happy. IT was oddly a romantic movie. And the hopeless romantic I am, i loved the ending.

Also, i saw that movie Red. That movie was so good. It was perfect action/comedy. I enjoyed that movie alot.

Trying to decide which holiday movie to watch.
Gulliver's travels, little fockers or love and other drugs.

Saw Burlesque a couple of weeks ago. Didn't think I would like it but about 30 mins in, I got into it. It kind of reminded me of Coyote Ugly. And I Love the soundtrack Smile

Also recently watched:

Salt-confusing but Angelina Jolie kicks ass as always!
The other Guys-I couldn't even finish watching this movie it was so dumb.
The Expendables-This was a Bad Ass movie! It was really good.

Don't feel bad Ela, you're not alone. The day I was supposed to go see HP7, my Mom cancelled on me cause she didn't feel good. And my hubby doesnt' like the HP movies and the one friend I'd go with, she told me that was her and her hubby's thing Neutral But it should be out on DVD sometime March.

I'd much much rather watch it first in the cinema, than on our tiny TV screen at home. It's still in the cinema near me, possibly over the 4th of January 2011. It's such a massive film, and because of the snow, I think many people haven't had the time to go see it so they're keeping it showing for a VERY long time!

Here in the US they show the movies for about 2 months depending on how popular it is. So HP7 will probably show til the end of January here. so hopefully with it being so popular, you'll get to see it before they stop showing it.
