| I want this series called Sweep to be made into a movie. And also a series called Daughters of the Moon. But i want like the scifi channel to make into a movie. I think Hollywood would ruin it. I personally don't want VA to be turned into a movie and if it does it has to be in the action genre not romance or romantic whatever.

The only way i can see either Vampire Academy or House Of Night as movies, is that 'The Lightning Thief' ends up becoming the sign of the Fanstasy Genre unleashing a massive counterattack upon the overboard[and now stupidity-infested!] Vampire Sub-Genre, and the Sub-Genre looks for an equally massive defense against the Fantasy Genre with House Of Night being the next to fight[and should 'The Lightning Thief' be a massive-enough movie, probably the next to die, if you forgive my bluntness!] That said, if they get a native american actress to be Zoey Redbird, please let her be more tolerable than Megan Fox, at least!

I agree, except swap out Twilight for Vampire Diaries. I actually don't find much problem with the Twilight movies. But that Vampire Diaries show is utter crap. Seeing what the CW did to those books, I really don't want the same fate for VA or Succubus Series.

| The first Twilight movie was utter crap. New Moon was MUCH better, probably because of the director switch.
I'd really like to see VA be made into movies. I'd also love for more Sarah Dessen books to be movies. I looove Sarah Dessen.

Don't tell me that...the Weitz Brothers are less competent than Chris Columbus or M. Night Shymalan were, at their prime, Chris? ): That said, we need more guys like James Cameron or Guillermo Del Toro out there, except we'd be in more of a position to trust them to do their jobs right, without too extreme fear of foot-shooting, to worry about.I hope they could at least contain enough of the chaos in the story to get the movie to work, instead of having a Chaotic Feel replacing the meaningful feel of the original source material[except New Moon was pure Chaos to begin with, with less justified cause than Vampire Academy or Narnia, even, and not all of it from the story and plot, either! The Order Of The Phoenix Novel had a reasonable feel, yet the movie felt like too much chaos, that only an Extended Edition could hope to save the movie! The Seeker:The Dark Is Rising movie was even worse, as it wasn't just Chaotic, but the Dark was allowed to win when you realized how bad a job the Screen-Writer and Director did!] That said, if we had more guys like James Cameron or Guillermo Del Toro, who are still at their Prime, we'd all be better off for it, not that Columbus and The Lightning Thief Screen-Writer are bound to be bad, for sure, but still...well, let's just say that everyone would get more incentive to come to the movie than just eye-candy and epic battles that are at least decent, and hopefully if they do the sequels, they'd go from Decent, to Good, To Great, To Excellent, To Just Plain Epic, i hope.
