Either way, if possible and Columbus must be replaced, they must get Del Toro or Zack Snyder to direct the Sequels, then, not that i mind Columbus's works in the past, but still, i don't want the P.J.A.T.O fans out there, to get more alienated than necessary, if it can be helped[and with this series, at least it can get helped, unlike with the Potter-World movies after the first 3, but before number 6, for the most part, but even then...!] At the same time, i don't want them to fear outgrowing the series or the movies, either, for that matter. I don't even want them to fear the Camp Half-Blood novels, in the way i got scared of the Potter-World novels, for a while, if not worse, and not for the reasons they should be scared, either. I just hope that the movies would earn the warm reception of the Potter-World movies, if not better, agreed? That goes double for The Mortal Instruments movies, since as much as i like Columbus and can stand Peter Jackson, we need even better directors for The Mortal Instruments, if possible, than the ones the Potter-World ended up with, for that matter.

| So where are Chris and Ashley[Ivashkov and Dimkaluv!] when we need further imput from them, on movies?
I was hoping we'd get more guys like Del Toro or Cameron, out there, because we have too many directors who end up not mixing well with most of today's literature, so what does that tell me, again, aside from Vampire Academy readling like Cirque Du Freak Plus Gemma Doyle, with side-orders of Death Note?

| The Hunger Games *is* going to be a movie. Suzanne Collins is adapting it for film herself. A new book series that has been bought recently is the Shiver series by Maggie Stiefvater. If you don't know what that is, it's about wolves. I think all three books have been bought. That's about all I know about it though. As for books I want to see turned into movies...? How about the Generation Dead series (even though it kills me)? It could be epic. Seriously, you can't go wrong with zombies. And Adam is too awesome a character to *not* want to see on screen. | |

OMG! Yes! Sweep/Wicca (same series, different title)... I'd love to see that one. And Mortal Instruments is being made into a movie. At least, it's being discussed.

| If they do movies for Vampire Academy, then since Vampire Academy's the Death Note/Code:Geass of the Vampire Sub-Genre in Literature, they better make sure that the movies are equally[if not more] worthwhile, agreed? | |

| The Brethren trilogy is about the Templars / crusades, and Rhiannon's ride is more... adventure mystery. I wish I could describe then a bit better... | |
