When Dimitri was turned back into a dhampir i was overjoyed and basically started crying because i was so happy but then when he didn't want to see Rose and claimed he couldn't-"didn't" love her anymore i was furious! [b] They have gone through so much heartache and to have two characters madly in love for all that time and when they can finally, FINALLY be together their relationship tears appart! :O i was heartbroken :'( even though i'm positive Dimitri's protectiveness in SB proves he still loves her i was a little annoyed one minute he loves her, the next he claims not to and then SHABAM!! He loves her again. It's all a bit tiresom and if they don't end up together-which they should then i'll be mega pissed. If that does happen then i wonder what Adrian will do or if Richelle will just kill him off because he will take awhile to get over rose if they do breakup. i think that's the only solution for adrian (death) if rose and dimitri will be together then whose adrian supposed to be with?

I want to hear people's comments on the storyline for SB and what they think will happen to the relationships between characters in LS.

That line was definitely the most hearbreaking moment in SB, but it was blatantly obvious to me that Dimitri only said that in an attempt to push Rose away. Dimitri doesn't think he's worthy of Rose's love anymore so he wants her to believe that she no longer loves him so she can move on and find someone else that deserves her love and trust.

I also don't think there's any chance Rose will end up with anyone other than Dimitri. Richelle has devoted too much romance, tragedy, and heartbreak to the Dimitri/Rose relationship so it wouldn't even make any sense for Rose to be with anyonre other than Dimitri in the end. Generally in a fantasy romance series there is one "IT" couple that goes through many roadblocks on their quest to be together. In Vampire Academy that couple is Dimitri and Rose. In Richelle's Succubus series that couple is Georgina and Seth. In both of those series Richelle has set up those two people as each other's soul mates. So keeping those couples separated at the end of the series wouldn't flow with the romance built up between them throughout the entire series.

As for Adrian, I'm really at a loss as to what I think will happen to him. I've thought that he may be the one to make the ultimate sacrifice, perhaps to save Rose's life, but he's also a really popular character and Richelle may not want to kill him off. So I really don't know.

Yeah I agree with you absolutely on Dimitri trying to push rose away because he thinks he is not worthy to be with someone as good as her after he did those horrible things to her  Same here Richelle has to make rose and Dimitri end up together or their whole relationship was for nothing. Yeah, I have no idea how Adrian will end up unless he just follows lissa around to learn more about spirit or something? Mybe he’ll get drunk one night and come out of club and get attacked by strigoi or something random. Who knows we’ll just have to wait until December  btw what do you think of the front cover for LS? I was a bit disappointed I liked SB cover much more and the fact that Dimitri isin’t on the cover with rose in LS was a little confusing because it might mean she’s Alone or something? I thought the cover would have been 2 guys staring at her and her face in the middle or something (to represent Adrian and dimitri’s love?) that would have been a cool as cover but who knows what will happen. I agree with extraordinarygirl86. Dimitri still loves her, not matter what he says, and they have to end up together.
As for Adrian, I hope he doesn't die - a lot of people think he might. I hope we'll get to see him in the spin-off, finding his true love. Maybe Sydney? I think that would be cool.

I want to see Adrian get his happy ending too. He's my favorite character after Dimitri and I want him to find someone that loves him as much as he loves Rose.

I kind of like the cover, but that might just be because it's the last book in the series and I'm dying to get my hands on the book. It's not my favorite cover though. Spirit Bound is my favorite.

yeah, sb is my favourite cover 2 me and my friends were a bit dissapointed with the ls cover but hey what else could have they put on the cover anyway, so it's better then nothing. plus it's all about the story not the cover i wouldn't care if they just printed VA on it i'd still rush to go buy it

That's the thing, it would be so cool watching him try to win her over and she's fighting her own prejudices and all.. don't you think?

The more i think of them as a couple the more i warm up to the idea it could work i recon

People can change though. Sydney has started to like Rose despite her belief that all dhampirs and moroi are evil. So I think we're already starting to see Sydney second guess her prejudices. We saw Rose mature and grow up greatly throughout her story, so I imagine we will see the same happen with Sydney in the spin-off series.

That is a quite possible outcome. we shall see.

I'm very much a fan of Dimitri/Tasha, but I'm not really feelling Adrian as a longterm fit to Rose either. Rose is the type of person that does well on her own, like her mum. Not sure if she could settle down.

Dimitri and rose are a good match but dimitri and adrian not so much, after all moroi and dhampir relationships don't tend to last a lifetime :/

I have to agree with Chantie15 about dhampire and mori relationships, Dimitri and Rose all the way. I do feel for Adrian, and yeah, a ending with maybe someone like Sydney could be wicked. I wish the book would come out sooner, after reading 'Love fades. Mine has.' I was so stunned. The words were so... raw but so damn sexy in the Dimitri Belikov kind of way.

I know right? I had waited at least a good week when it first came out because when BP came out I read it within a day probably two days after the release. I finished SB so soon then foud out it doesn't come out till December, I literly kicked myself for having to wait this long. -_-

Yes, I know who he is and I think he should play Dimitri He's a good actor and he has experience with fight scenes as well as Russian accent and he looks like Dimitri to me. I've seen him in Dorian Gray and he was magnificent in my opinion. He would just need to put on some muscle and he would be perfect.

I love Ben Barns, he is the Dimitri in my mind but as Phenix said he does need to put on some muscle. I haven't seen him in Dorian Gray yet, just small little youtube clips but not the whole thing. I use him a lot in my Rose and Dimitri pictures,
