What's everyone up to?

Well...going to Oxford on Saturday morning to go and see the Sound of Music, which is Connie Fisher's last show as Maria, ever, probably. I made a deal with my mother is I got C or higher in all of my GCSE exams, she has to take me to see that show, and I won that deal lol.

I also think that I'm falling in love with the guy that broke up with me 2 weeks ago.

Had a great 31st. 3hrs and 7 minutes til 2011 for moi.

Well Happy New Year! We still have more than 14 hours to go in the Eastern part of the US.

I'm staying home and watching movies with my family tonight. I'll have a few drinks but that's it.

but right now I am sitting here a little cranky cause I can hear Brandon's alarm clock going off. It's been going off since I got up more than 20 mins ago. He's about to be without one if he doesn't turn the damn thing off

Well New Years Eve just about crept up on me. I guess that happens when ur home sick for weeks. But, i may try to go outside today. I don't know. I feel a little bit better. I only coughed once for today so far. But it's still winter outside and there is still tons of snow on the ground and i dont want to push my immune system u know. We'll see.

My Tattoo hurt a bit more than my first. Because It was on Bone and on bone it hurts a bit more, but it wasn't too bad. If you want it bad enough its worth the pain.

happy new year to ya'll i hope everyone start the year with the right foot... me and my family have a tradition to go out and run with a big bag full of traveling clothes at midnight ..believing that if you do .. you will travel a lot during the year.. so hopefully it works so i could be writing from Rome during june

i got hold of a traveling agency where u can pay monthly payments for the full price including hotel .. and when ur finish paying they make ur reservation and stuff... is pretty cool and easy for people like me that dont know how to really save money..lol

UGH! I am having some internet connection issues so if you don't hear from me for a few days, don't worry.

New Year's Eve was okay. I got a little typsy. I had a small bottle of this drink caleld Xrated. It's french vodka, blood orange, and passion fruit. Its really good. And I had a bottle of premade Strawberry Daquiri. The hubby say si drank a total of 750ml. But the alcohol in both bottles was only like 7% so I was no where near drunk and it didn't last long at all considering how fast I drank lol. I fell asleep on the couch about 15 mins til midnight. My husband woke me up 5 mins after and I went to bed lol. New Year's Day however wasn't fun. The stupid car decided it wanted to break down. And right after fixing one problem another came up. Plus the internet started messing up and has been since.

Wilda, i laughed so much reading about your New Years. I could just picture u all tipsy and ur hubby accusing you of being drunk and the standard "i'm not drunkkkkkkkkkk" response lol. But seriously, I felt like an old lady, i could barely stay awake til midnight. And once it turned midnight i sent out a bunch of text messages and didn't even wait for the responses, i promptly went to sleep. Lol. I hope in 2011 u have better luck with your cars and your internet!


Yesterday was the first time i went out in weeks, since becoming sick. I didn't want to even go outside. I was coughing 10x more outside then inside. I was popping cough drops like candy to tame it down. But the first time i go outside in weeks and whats the first thing that happens? We get into a car accident. I was sooo mad. .It wasn't bad, no one was injured or anything. Then we went to my dad's doctors, the only reason i was out the house to begin with cause it was an important doctors appointment. This doctor was supposed to tell us the test results to my dad's tumors, tell us if it was cancerous of not. He barely even said anything to us. He told us he took a superficial sample and that sample is not cancerous but since its a big mass underneath it all it might be. It was a waste of our time and co-payment. I mean he's a nice guy and all, nothing against him , he even said he'll be checking up on my dad when he is in the hospital and all, but to pay 50 bucks for a dude to tell us "it may or may not be caner. Who knows." Yeah waste of money and time. And the doctor was making fun of me lol. He saw we reading my brand new kindle, instead of a paperback book and he was overly excited and started saying things like" Ohhhhhhh you finally upgraded!". Bah nothing beats a paperback.

I'm sorry about your dad I hope he really doesn't have cancer. And Paperbacks beat Kindles any day. My philosphy on Kindles, Nooks, whatever.... what if it breaks what if you drop it in water.. your out 200 bucks! you ruin a book the most you loose is like 40 bucks... 40 or 200 you choose
so today is my last day of true freedom, I'll probably end up at the bookstore today. Unhearthly is out and I may buy it and I have work tomorrow then starting my Drama Class on Thursday and my Creative Writing class on Monday

Sam, are those college classes?

I miss school sooo much. I mean i don't miss the hassle of traveling and routine and following orders and pressure of deadlines. But i miss the social gathering. I miss the conversations. I miss the learning. I miss the writing the most. My last semester i didn't have any writing classes really. Its funny thought. School got in the way of my writing, never had the time or energy or had to do homework or study or sleep. But now that i'm not in school, i just put the pen to paper and nothing comes out. The inspiration is gone. At least I'm reading again. I didn't have time to read when i was in school. And i read at least a dozen books since things with my dad and doctors calmed down.

And i agree about the Kindle. I was sooo scared to even take it with me outside. I ordered a bunch of protectors for it, a skin and a case. But they haven't come in the mail yet. When we got into the car accident, honestly i could care less if i was injured or anyone else... the impact caused me to drop my purse... and my kindle was in it. I was freaking out like omg is my kindle broken. These high tech things are so fragile. But it wasn't damaged or anything. Nothing beats the real books. I told my hubby and even my brother cause he bought me the kindle... i love the kindle, its convenient and makes for comfortable reading and all.. but honestly I'm still going to buy the hard copy of the book. SO I'm spending just as much money.
