First ~ Ash, it stinks that the adaoptive parents are moving but I'm glad they are going to be bring the baby to visit in the summer. And just think once she can talk you can call her, then once she can srite you can write letters or e-mail her. I like the new name for the baby. Sorry I don't want to misspell, that's why I'm not typing it. I'm glad you found a new guy , just take your time like your doing. If it's meant to be then it will be.

Second ~ Becca, the same goes for you. I'm glad you found someone but if it is meant to be then it will be. Don't rush and if you feel like you're not ready then explain it to him. I'm sure he will understand.

Third ~ Chloe, some schools around here do where uniforms but most don't. My school didn't, but I did some work in a school that did. They had to wear tan colored pants and a polo with the school name on it.

So for me, it was my first day of school. I already have homework but I don't have my text books yet. I'm going to get them tomorrow morning before work. After working all day and then going to school I am tired but excited. I think this semester is going to be a good one.

I think it's time I come out and tell you all this now.

I am leaving the site, forever. It breaks my heart to say this, but I think that it is better to just say goodbye to you all now. I love you girls like my sisters. I couldn't have gotten through all the hell without you and I thank you all so very much for that.

My life has gotten the better of me and I am spiraling into a pit of confusion and despiration. I need to find myself and make sure I keep Bianca protected. So I am leaving to get my life back into perspective.

I love each and everyone of you so very much, that not even words could tell you. I'm crying, haha, I promised myself I wouldn't but in the great words of Shakespheare, "Parting is such sweet sorrow," and it truely is.

On another note, I am done with guys. All I ever experience is heartbreak. Every relationship I get into just seems to bring a bit more stress and drama into my life. While I may put on a strong front, I'm deteriorating inside little by little. I need a break from all the stress I'm going through. It's time for me to lock away my heart, in a safe place, and focus on my life for a bit. As much as I hate doing that, it's whats best at this moment. Don't feel bad or sorry for me though, I chose this. I wasn't forced into it. No one broke my heart beyond repair again. I'm learning from past mistakes. This time, I'm preventing it from happening. When you play with fire, you always have the chance of getting burned, and this time.... I'm not taking that chance, because I can feel it getting closer and closer every second...

I know that it seems like locking your heart up and protecting it is the best thing for now, and I'm sure that it is. Your just trying to protect yourself from being hurt badly again. But just a little something: There IS a guyu out there who will be perfect for you. When you find him, make sure that you're not so intent on protecting your heart that you let the perfect guy pass you by. Don't be afraid to trust again, just make sure that you know that it's worth letting yourself trust him, so that your heart doesn't wind up getting broken. Because that's what you're trying to avoid in the first place.

That is good advice.

Do what you have to do Becca. I've been there. I didn't date anyone for 15 months 16-17 b/c I had got hurt so bad. I focused on myself and my life. I hung out with my friends and by the time my now hubby came along I was in a much better place. Not where I am now but better. Just don't lock your heart so tight to where an amazing guy does come along that you can't let something happen. Keep your heart safe but open for opportunities at the same time fi you know what I mean. idk if that even makes sense out of my head lol. anyways, You're only 15, enjoy hanging out with your friends and not focus on guys. The right one will come along when you least expect him. And remember I'm here if you wanna talk.

I would keep myself completely open again but I'm no done changing myself. I'm not ready for that and while I may not be completely open, I'm not completely closing myself off either.
Wilda~ I understand what your saying too. I tried to open myself completely but I can't handle it. What doesn't help is that I am attuned to everyones feelings around me and sometimes I don't know who's feelings are mine and who's aren't.

Can anyone tell me why I decided to become a teacher?
Today was the last day of summer camp. I walked in to work, my arms are full of stuuf because I was going to make snow globes with my kids. I get everything ready and then go to the gym where the kids are playing before lunch. So far things are going great. Then my director comes in and asks me if I want to go and spend the rest of the day at a different center. I told her no becasue I didn't know where the center was and I had activities planned for the kids. She said okay but she had to cut someones hours because we were over staffed. My rooms were actually under staffed. There was one room that had 17 kids and then one I was working in had 12. The ratio is 10 kids to 1 teacher. The director didn't send me home though because one of my co-workers volunteered to go home early, which was good for me becasue I didn't work full time this week and needed all the hours I could get. So the kids finish playing dodge ball and we head to our rooms to have lunch. I put on a cd to listen to while eating and told the kids that they are to stay seated. Do they listen? NO! They get up and try to foul around with the cd player, so I turned the cd off. After lunch I had to kids clean up the table and sweep the floor, they didn't argue because I have had them do it all summer. Then it was quiet time, that's when we did the snow globes. They worked out great but the kids where being loud and wouldn't turn their voices down or stop hitting each other with the pillows from the couches( yes there are couches in my room). So I told them they couldn't sit or play on the couches and with the pillows. They listend but they were still fouling around. I was afraid someone was going to get hurt. And no matter what I said they did not listen, not until we told them that we were going to have ice cream for snack. So they listened and by this time, one co-worker left early and another came in. During this time, I was able to yell at the kids constantly, get the snow globes done and make lip gloss with the girls. But what I wanted to do was get some reading done for college. Was I able to? NO! I was close to breaking down. After the ice cream, we took the kids back to the gym to play a game called Ship to Shore, to get rid of the sugar. Well they listenebtter but not the greatest. We had to leave the gym because some of the kids were crying when they goyt out of the game. By that time I had half an hour left of work and I still had to clean my room, so I did. My co-worker took the kids into another room and I cleaned, which was a nice break from the kids. When I was done it was time for me to leave, which I left very quickly.

I just got the reading done that I wanted to do at work but I'm NOT done yet. I still have more reading to do before class tomorrow. Why couldn't I have one day where everything went as planned? UGH!

Sounds like you had some pretty bratty kids!! Just remember that not all kids are like that. There are some good ones out there. A lot has to do with the parenting that they get. If they're in a house where there are no rules, and the parents give in to everything that the kids ask for, then of course they're going to wind up bratty, and won't listen, because they're used to getting everything that they want, and not having to obey rules. Just hang in there, and remember that you're getting payed to put up with some bratty kids. At least you're not cleaning men's bathrooms or something gross! Hope you finish the reading as soon as possible so that you can enjoy you're night!

SS you had such a bad day Amy. I couldn't do the work you do. I don't have the patience. Kudos to you for still haven't your mind by the time you left. I would have lost it a long time ago. I hope you get all your reading done and have a better day today.

Thanks Ladies. I did get some reading done but not all. But I found out I'm not to have it all done until class next week Saturday. So I'm ahead, which I rather be then behind.

Today has been okay. I had class at 9 this morning until 11:30. Then I had to go to a memorial service and reception for my uncle that passed away last month. I got to meet some family I never met before and talk to family I haven't seen in a long time. So that was a plus but I wish we didn't come together for such a sad reason. Now I am home and I'm going to relax and do some homework. My class has me freaking out a bit. I have a lot of work to get done before the end of the semester.

It is a good thing that you got to see your family! The same thing happened with my family when my Grandpa passed away last year. We met a whole side of the family that we'd never known before. My Dad got to know his brothers better, and now they're really good friends.

It's also great that you're ahead, not behind. What a good surprise!
