I hope everyone is doing great. Not much is going on here. Feels like I've been non-stop the past week. All I wanna do is lay around and be lazy today but I had to clean btu when do I never need to? I swear once you become a mom the cleaning and laundry is never ending. My hubby decided he was going to be an idiot yesterday and try to skateboard. Yeah it didn't end so well. He thinks he cracked his left knee but refuses to go to the hospital to get it checked out. So now he's hobbling around everywhere. idk what it is about men refusing to go to a doctor...

Wilda ~ I am with you on men not wanting to go to the drs. My father only went when he was in a huge amount of pain. If he had gone more, he might not of had his heart attack and he wouldn't have to take so much medicine. My suggestion is kick his butt all the way to the drs office. Force him to go, whether he likes it or not, in the end he will be grateful.

Things are okay here. I started my other job and kind of can't wait for Monday. I get to go swimming with the kids at the daycae center. I love to swim, mostly laps. That's why I was on the swim team for my high school. It's a way for me to vent. It's like hitting the water is like hitting someone. But it's the coming up weekend I'm not looking forward too. I have more relatives coming and we really aren't on good terms with them. I guess I'll just have to grin and bare it.

Tasha ~ Be strong for your father but it's okay to worry. It is a scary situation your in, I understand. Just stay strong and believe that things will get better.

Well, I had my friend over this weekend she helped me move around and we went to the pool and a pool party. It was girls day out so me, Mel, and Meg got attacked by an autistic kid in the pool party. I liked him! He liked me and like I hugged him and he went nuts, then I felt bad because I think I scared him! Then today I sat and did nothing! I need to do something!

Being in pain and pregnant sucks to hell.

Then monday I'm doign nothing. Tuesday I'm spending my sisters birthday at my friends house, I know I suck, and me, her, her sister, and her sisters friend are going to see Eclipse at the twelve thrity (midnight NOOOO!!!) showing. I have to go cuz they bought my ticket and Jeff wants me to get out of the house.

Also I feel like a damn car! I have this belly bumper thing on me! I strap around my waist whenever and wherever I go now. It's like foam padded and it works like an air bag if someone or something gets to close. I look super pregnant.

Ash: yay for the dancing. I'm glad you're getting yourself out of the house occasionally...being inside is only fun when you want to be there.

Triple feature yesterday - Up in the air, valentines day and dear John.
Dear John was sad but nice. I want to read Nicolas Sparks books now.
Catching up with friends and seeing Eclipse this week.

I am seeing Eclipse on Sat with my best friend and her hubby. I haven't seen her in quite a while. There is a small chance of me seeing it opening night because I got my brother free tixs, just by geting a hair cut, and if his date backs out he is going to take me. I so can't wait to see it.

Ash ~ May I make a suggestion. I know you are recovering from the surgery still but maybe take a walk each day. It's something to do.

I can't wait to see Eclipse! It looks like it will be the best one of the series. I won't go opening night though. I went opening night to see New Moon and every time Jacob took off his shirt the girls would scream and some kept making sex comments during the entire movie. it pissed me off. i ended up yelling several times for them to shut the hell up. I may go this weekend or just wait a week. I'm dying to see it so idk if I can wait lol.

Amy, thats awesome that you get to go swimming at work. I love to swim. We have 3 pools in my neighborhood but I have to wait until the hubby gets home to go that way we can help eachother out with the kids.

And Ash, yes the cleaning and laundry will happen eventually. Laundry pretty much right away. Babies tend to mess up their clothes a lot. And once she is about 1 or 2 you'll ahve her toys scattered around and she'll be into every thing. but its all worth it

L. Dragomir-sry I can't remember your name. I loved valentine's day but man did Taylor Swift play a major dumb dumb lol. Dear John was good too. I haven't read the book but everyone tells me the movie is different and Up in the air was ok. not quite what I thought it would be. Have fun with your friends watching Eclipse!

For those in the US any plans for 4th of July? idk what we'll be doing. Probably a cook out. Maybe go to the pool and then somewhere to watch the fireworks. I don't like huge crowds so I'm not sure where we'll actually end up.

My son will be 2 in 12 days on July 10th. I'm getting a little emotional over it lol. We've been through so much with him and it's hard to believe 2 yrs have already gone by! Kids grow up wayyyyy too fast! Ash, savor every minute once Mac is born cause she'll be talking and walking before you know it!

ok enough rambling from me I'm gonna go read some more of The Dark Divine. it's due back at the library tomorrow and I'm only on chapter 3 lol

Okay so my brother's date backed out from seeing Eclipse becasue she hasn't seen New Moon and she has to work the following morning so I get to go and see it opening night. I can't wait. I'll still go and see it with my best friend though. I have missed her and I feel like I can be myself around her. I don't get that a lot.

Sorry I'm in a really good mood. Maybe because I got to go swimming for like the first time in like forever and becasue of the movie. Ugh! I feel really hyper. I don't know what to do with myself right now. Okay I'm going to stop now befoer I ramble on too much.

I heard some really great news today!! My sister-in-law is pregnant with her 2nd child and is already into her 2nd trimester. A few weeks ago during one of her doctor's appointments she was told that her baby was at risk of having Down's Syndrome and they scheduled an amniocentesis test. We've been waiting to hear back on the results and today we finally learned that my sis-in-law will be having a healthy baby girl!! We are all so thankful and happy. I've been in a great mood all day today because of this news. I'm so excited for my brother and his family. lol I've got another niece on the way!!

lol Me too. I used to watch Buffy when I was younger. Willow was one of my favorite characters in the earlier seasons.

For her first child, she said she'd always known what name she would use, and that was Sam whether it was a boy or a girl. Since she ended up having a girl, her name was Samantha. This baby was kind of a surprise. I haven't wanted to ask her what names she'd been considering since I didn't know for sure if she'd even be keeping the baby. And I don't know about getting a say in naming her. lol I doubt it, but I can always give suggestions!!

When I found out she was pregnant again I got really excited because when she had Sam a few years ago, I wasn't there for the baby shower or the night Sam was born. This time I won't be on the other side of the world.

Edit: I was looking up baby names and I came across Evangeline. lol I've heard the name all over the place, but never knew the meaning. It's seriously the perfect name because it means "good news". I'm going to suggest it to my sis-in-law tomorrow.

Richelle has announced that VA has been optioned for a movie. Check out her facebook and blog for details. I'm not happy about this. I'm excited but even more scared about it. All i can say is if thye do make a movie I hope they do an awesome job. Oh and apparently Georgina rights have been sold to fox television a yr ago. I had no clue but I am really excited for that one. I've been hoping a tv series would come out of it

I've known about the VA movie deal thing for a while. RM announced it at the Seattle signing in May. I just didn't know who she signed with. Has anyone even heard of this guy, Michael Preger (Preger Entertainment)? lol Preger...? I've never heard of anything this guy has made.

I have mixed feelings about a VA movie. I'd love to see VA on the big screen, but I just know it'll get screwed up then stupid people who have never read the books will say they're like #1 fans of the series. It'll just make me crazy. But at the same time, I'm sure the publicity would be good for RM, so that's not really a bad thing. For her.

I still think giving Fox TV rights to Georgina was a mistake. If she was going to sign with anyone for a tv series for Georgie, it should have been Showtime or HBO or not at all.

I've always been against a movie. I mean, I'd love to see it on the big screen, but I just can't see anyone getting it 100% right. I just hope this Preger guy does a good job with it (I don't think he's a director exactly, but he's still in charge at the moment). At the same time I've never heard of Preger Entertainment...so there's less expectations so far.

I want there to be a VA movie, only if they follow the storyline, cast god actors and actresses and don't delete any of the good parts.
