Except apparently, if Harry's Parents were essentially good folks, then somehow Christian's Parents were bad Folks....as if they were meant to be Polar Opposites in terms of stations as far as the Publics of their worlds would be concerned.

This is a rather disturbing thought to be had, to be honest.

well, from the perspective we're given Christian's parents are considered bad people. They willingly turned strigoi and we don't really have any idea why. At least Lily and James were pretty much always good and were never tempted to change teams.

Good point...although...somehow, if Harry's Aunties are Morons, Christian's Auntie had brains, brawn, and a load of Common Sense to back all that up...i wonder why is that?

You can't compare the aunties. Christian's aunt was actually from the world he's a part of. Harry's was removed from it. She didn't completely understand the lifestyle that he needed to be in.
So while Tasha had a sense of what Christian needed in order to continue relatively unharmed through their world. Petunia wasn't going to be able to help Harry with anything other than how to do things the slow way.

Lets not discuss Lissa for now Tony, stick to Harry and Christian

I'm afraid I will have to vote for Christian. Don't get me wrong, I love HP. But, like some of you already stated-HP tends to have things worked out for him. He almost always has someone else help. He's always about to die in some sort of a way. I just feel Christian is a little less fragile.

And while i love the modesty and humility of HP, i prefer the confidence and sarcastic nature of Christian. Esp when dealing with the evil of all evil and end of the world type stuff.

As much as I love Harry Potter series, Harry himself can be quite annoying sometimes. I'll go for Christian

Harry is legendary but I'd rather have Christian as a friend at a paranormal school.

As a story lover in general I love them both equally.

I could see them getting along as chums quite well. I can even see Hermione rolling her eyes and Ron grinning when Christian harmlessly sets Draco on fire.

Harry Potter, for me. Christian is cool but not keen on the fire.

Christian would beat Harry hands down. I mean, I love the kid with the geeky glasses and the lightning scar but i agree with a lot of people, he does have a bit of a hero complex. Besides, I'm a sucker for the sarcastic ones maybe cuz I'm such a sarcastic myself. Oh man, i would love to face it off with Christian, see if i can top his sarcasm. Yeah, i know I'm weird. Anyhu, Christian could so beat Harry, he'd have fried Potter's pants by the time Harry got his wand out.
