Christian Ozera V.S Darren Shan

Because the discussion must take place outside the other thread, i need to get this off my thread.

Now, if many of you have read Cirque Du Freak and Vampire Academy[the biggest thing they both have in common, in my eyes, is that they're more tolerable than the twilight sequels!]because for some reason or another, This feels like Middle-Earth and Narnia, all over again, except Narnia wasn't clarified on if it had Vampires or not, neither was Middle-Earth, The Horse And His Boy aside, Narnia didn't know about eye-candy[unlike Vampire Academy, hence the overusages of it, sadly!]while Middle-Earth has some sort of clue on it[except Cirque Du Freak has kombat-scarred Vampires who might have been easy to look at, once, but most of the time, not anymore!]and both of them have their Polar Opposites to the Protagonist Vampire Groups, really[except the Vampaneze wher somewhat natural in existence, compared to the orcs and Uruk-Hai of Middle-Earth, while the Strigoi are apparently a result of Moroi selling their souls to the devil, so to speak!]


But the rest is for another time, for now, we talk about Vampire Mountain Prince Darren Shan, who had to fight to earn that position, and the Outcast Moroi Royal, Christian Ozera, who was just born to his position, minus the kombat training before representing his family, really.

i voted for Christian ozera well becuase i havn't read the other series and christian is really strong and smart.

Its fair to warn you, that Shan's more cleverer in a fight than the first 3 novels gave him credit for, so its fair to remind you that Shan is extremely athletic, as well.

but christian has really good power to.

Shan is stronger , because he was force into it . They have to fight for their lives and Christian , like all the other royals have the guardians who fight for them .

Why do i feel that you and i are the only ones in this site who have read both Cirque Du Freak and Vampire Academy, at all, Chris?

In short, Shan is more like what Christian could have been, at the start, had he been at least born into Rose's Position instead of using Magic[which isn't a bad advantage, in itself, either!]now speaking of Rose, i wonder if she may have came from a Royal Family, for that matter?

But that said, Christian fought his first Major Battle in half the novels it took for Darren to do so, in Shadow Kiss, so that's enough for him to catch up, in that regard.Now if only Christian can get more Athletic, since Darren can still beat Christian in a fight, if they go up-close-and-personal, since Darren would have more Stamina than Christian would have to keep the flames going.Christian would have to keep his distance to hold out long enough to do enough damage against Darren, even with Ranged Weapons and Magic, or even Swords, for that matter!

This could go to show us, that you don't always need to be able to wield magic to always get the better of your enemies.

Anyone else read Cirque Du Freak?
