The Moroi, The Guardians, the Feeders, and the Ancient Spartans?

Now i decided to have a discussion thread in which we can talk about matters of the Vampire Academy of St. Vladimir, and discover exactly how much in common with the Ancient Spartans they would have had, for the most part.

From what i figured, the Moroi and the Guardians would have to be the Spartans, especially the Guardians, since they have a nasty habit of fighting impossible odds, and most of their families are also from eastern Europe, as well, which might as well include Greece, the more we think about this.

I guess that makes the Feeders the Servants and Slaves, or the Helots, of Moroi society, except for the most part, they were willing to go through whatever they had to do, for some reason or another that i can't seem to remember, except they don't seem to have much plans for leaving the academy or something like that, right?

Now let us discuss this matter, shall we?

To make matters more confusing, if Vampire Literature of today reads very much like ancient Greece, then i can't tell if it's supposed to be Cirque Du Freak or Vampire Academy that have Full-Blooded Vampires and their kin and such fighting, or even behaving like, the Ancient Spartans, to save my life!

Apparently, the way the Guardians tend to act in not retreating, at least if it could be helped, if i didn't know better, reads a lot like the basic Spartan Law of 'No Retreat...No Surrender' except in the Guardians' case, surrendering against the Strigoi essentially means extinction, really.

*Sigh* Why do i feel that the Guardians read too much like the Ancient Spartans who were just shells of their former Glory, along with their Moroi Kindred, as opposed to the Vampire Mountain Vampires and their Assistants, who read like the Ancient Spartans at their Prime?

I'v been saying alot of the Guardians are hindered because of the politics and and the preferential treatment of Royals. However, in SK we since the change occur where Guardians really want to stand up and use all their potential.

Its as if the series, in itself, reminds me of that guy from 'Sky High,' Warren Peace, i think his name was, insofar as even the Fanbase are trying to live down the overall reputation of the Baron-Battle-like majority of twilight, in its own messed-up way.

That said, does that mean they start to be the throat-ripping bad-asses that both their ancestors and the Vampire's Assistants of Cirque Du Freak were?I will not ask them to lift the skies, since i'm sure only a Hathaway could pull that off, reasonably enough, while everyone else gets crushed, unless they're Demigods, that is.

well im not sure if the guardians and co live up to ur impeccable standards but in my opinion they do a pretty well job.

Trust me, if they do end up living to my standards[particularly by using Strigoi Bone Weapons or Impailing the Dead Strigoi!]then they have a chance at living up to a lot of everyone else's standards insofar as the Pre-Climax action is concerned.

Do we even get to see the means of Vlad Tepes Dracul's means of executing or killing off his enemies, later on, from the Moroi and their Guardians?

The Guardians- of course. The Moroi- some...more and more as the revolution is rising.

Will they start using Strigoi Bone Weapons, soon?

im scared to ask what strigoi bone weapons are.

I now think that the Moroi and their Guardians should be using Spears and Swords to ensure quicker deaths to the Strigoi, by having their arms chopped off, their legs chopped off, or Stabbed in either head, throat, or heart!Just like as Heroditus puts it during the Persian Wars, when the Spartans began fighting!
