That's because it's ILLEGAL to post them. Sorry if the book is unavailable to buy in your area.

Books is up everywhere. Here is one place. She is private in order to not be deleted but if you make an account then you can read it.

If you guys would stop STEALING from Richelle Mead and buy the book like you're supposed to, maybe she would be on the Bestsellers lists more often. Do you want her to lose her contract with Razorbill and have the spin-off series fall through before it even gets started? RM's success depends on how well her books SELL which means people have to BUY them. If one of her books doesn't sell well, she runs the risk of not being signed again for another book with that publisher.

And just because books are "everywhere" online doesn't mean you should support the illegal downloads/uploads to the internet. The books are there illegally and without the consent of the authors/publishers.

If you don't want to buy the book, GO TO THE LIBRARY.
