We'll know in December. Until then, we can just guess and we probably won't figure it out, so...

I don't think Dimitri would confess to Tasha about his feelings for Rose before/after being Strigoi. Before Dimitri was a Strigoi the relationship would have been looked down upon. After being a Stigioi, I feel like he would keep his mouth shut for Rose's sake. The last thing Dimitri would want is Rose to be seen with any sort of connection with him since people distrust him right now (Dimitri wouldn't want people to start distrusting Rose). Also, I don't expect the officials at the Academy to spread gossip because it would look bad for their school if a teacher figure was having relations with their student. I suppose if any of the students found out they could spread gossip but than again not many knew.
As for Tasha being the killer, I don't see it. Rose fought with Christian at the Academy. Rose is proof that Guardians and Morois could fight side by side. Tasha needs Rose to help her movement so why frame her? Even if Tasha found out about Rose and Dimitri, I never got the impression she was madly in love with Dimitri. It seemed like she just had a crush on him and chose to act upon it by asking him to be with her.
Also, I have a feeling Richelle Mead didn't build this amazing character up to throw her away. In addition, didn't Victor mention that Tasha's efforts would fail since she was the type to follow the rules and not do anything drastic to get her way?

| hungrycookiemonster ~ I see your point and it's not like I'm convinced that Tasha is the killer or anything. It's just that Richelle completely left us in dark and Tasha is my best guess. But there are things that don't fit it so I don't think it's likely that it was her after all. I guess we'll have to wait till December to find out. | |

| But she's left us in the dark on many things, like, where were the queen's guards when she was killed? did someone use compulsion on them to do something? Where was everyone else at the time of her murder? Think bout it, NOTHING adds up to it, nothing! | |

I'm wondering the same thing. She barely gave us any clues. We know nothing.

| Trying to think how to put this without spoiling things for those who havnt read the book...
I`ll put it this way, no one can help how they feel about anything, its actions that matter. Murder is a serious crime no matter who was murdered and for what reasons. And to set someone up for something is so so wrong too, especially when it is for murder
